Description
This pretty detached house, built in typical Spanish-Moorish style, is situated in a small, private complex on the edge of the El Raso settlement. The complex consists of 21 houses and the house borders directly on a lemon plantation to the south.
Built in 2005 and completely renovated in 2022, a 94m² house for 5 persons with several terraces and balconies awaits you. A parking space is directly on the property.
On the ground floor you will find the dining area and the living room with a comfortable sofa. To pass the time, there is a flat-screen TV with both German and international programmes. Thanks to fibre optics, there is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. A Bluetooth speaker with FM radio is available for your own music.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an adjoining shower room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the south-facing terrace with covered pergola. The large table invites you to enjoy sociable meals outdoors. A charcoal grill is available.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and access to the south-facing balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the salt lagoon. Another small bedroom with a single bed (90x200), the second bathroom with bathtub and access to the north balcony with seating are also on the upper floor.
All windows can be darkened with external shutters. In addition, a central air-conditioning system (hot/cold) ensures pleasant temperatures with separate regulation for the ground floor and upper floor.
In the kitchen you will find a ceramic cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as well as all the usual household appliances - the coffee machine is for filter coffee.
To relax after excursions in the surroundings, you can use the communal pool with a separate area for small children.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is a detached house in a private gated community on the edge of the El Raso development - about 2.5 km from the extensive beaches of Playa del Campo. The towns of Guardamar Del Segura and Torrevieja can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Alicante with its airport is about 35 minutes away. The partly hilly hinterland invites to bike tours and city visits, Murcia with its pretty old town is about 1 hour by car.
Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and some restaurants and bars.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this house and felt very comfortable.
The location of the accommodation is perfect. All amenities are quickly accessible (shopping, beach, markets.....).
The facilities are also good and sufficiently available.
The landlords are very nice and helpful. Solutions are found in no time.
We definitely recommend this house:)))

Very beautiful house, highly recommended!!!
We can only recommend this house. Very great landlord, always reachable. Service from the management was impeccable, furnishings and location are TOP! The cleaning team was good to okay (unfortunately not quite comparable to German standards, but completely okay). Accessibility to supermarkets, gas stations, and especially the beach within a maximum of 5 minutes, the pool was clean and warm. We will definitely come back!
