Cosy and lovingly furnished holiday flat for 2 - max. 4 persons.
The holiday flat, tastefully and attractively furnished by the owner, is located on the ground floor of a terraced house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Konsul Fokken Str..
Inside the two-room flat of approx. 43 sqm with access to the terrace, there is a modern open-plan living and dining kitchen with various seating areas for meals as well as for a quiet evening playing games or watching TV. The convertible couch (140 x 200 cm) can be used as an additional bed for 2 persons

The kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories including coffee machine, hot water boiler, egg boiler, toaster, pots, crockery, glasses, cutlery and table linen in abundance.
Also in the living / dining room are TV (SAT) and stereo for CD's that you can bring yourself.
A bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) with sliding door wardrobe and plenty of storage space, as well as a small hallway with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower / WC complete this small but very distinctive ground floor flat.
The floors in the living area are uniformly fitted with light-coloured tiles, in the sleeping area with laminate.
The south-facing terrace, which is already sunny in the morning, invites you to breakfast, lunch and a cosy barbecue in the evening. The terrace can be accessed both through the living/dining area and directly from the garden.
For smaller trips, as well as for bicycle tours, 2 bicycles are also available.

Recreation vacation
The vacation apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is available. The location is great, and everything was clean. We stayed there for 3 weeks and had a good rest. If we go to the North Sea again, this is our first choice. The landlady is very nice, and telephone contact is possible at any time.

Super cute vacation apartment
We were able to spend our vacation in this really cute holiday apartment in the summer.
Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished, the kitchen equipment is great, everything and more is available!
We will definitely choose this apartment again for our next vacation in the north.
And I also had a very kind and friendly conversation with the landlord after the booking request.
