Description
Beautiful waterfront chalet with terrace and private boat mooring for a boat up to 7 metres.
When you arrive, you can park directly by your chalet. The entrance is at the front. In the main chalet you will find the master bedroom with a 180 wide hotel bed for 2 persons. Mosquito nets on the windows and blackout curtains. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet.
The modern kitchen is open and fully equipped. There is a real oven and a large refrigerator. Of course there is also a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable and cosy dining area. The living room is spacious with a nice sofa and 2 armchairs. A flat screen TV and Wi-Fi are of course also available.
A sliding door brings you out onto your own large terrace. There is a nice lounge set and a dining table so you can enjoy it to the fullest in the sun. Along the water is a fence with a gate in it. The garden offers plenty of privacy and there is also a sunbathing lawn. In the garden there is an annex with a second bedroom and a separate bathroom. Bedroom has a double bed 180 cm wide, wardrobe and mosquito nets on the windows. A separate bathroom (8 metres from your bedroom) with toilet, shower and washbasin has been built for this bedroom. The washing machine is also located here.

Location and surroundings of object
This chalet is located on water sports centre de Brekken. A holiday park on the edge of Lake de Brekken. From the chalet you can easily sail out on the lake de Brekken. The park is about 1 km from the centre of the village and the beach. There is a restaurant with a terrace, mini-golf and sports games for the children.
Lemmer is an old fishing village. In the past the inhabitants lived from fishing. Not any more, but it still has a maritime atmosphere and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Lemmer is situated on the Ijsselmeer and the Frisian Lake District, so it is very suitable for small and large boats.
Boating is very easy here, you don't need a ticket. Bring your own boat or rent a small boat for the day. You can then go out on the lake yourself and see the many nice spots, have a picnic, eat ice cream or go swimming in between. Friesland is a flat country, so it is also very suitable for cycling. We rent out boats from 5 to 8 metres. Call us if you are interested.
So Friesland is also ideal for a cycling holiday. You can make longer or shorter tours here. We are also happy to rent out a bicycle or even an e-bike. Give us a call.
Of course the beach is also a highlight. Spending a day or even several days on the beach is a must.
Lemmer is the place for an active holiday with friends or family.

Top Sales Performance Award was presented to the best sales staff.
The holiday home is very well equipped. Bathrooms are new and modern, very clean. Guest rooms are also located in a separate cottage with its own bathroom. Property is completely fenced so that children cannot fall into the water. High-quality furnishings and very well-maintained condition.
