Beautiful villa with breathtaking sea and panoramic views on Monte Solana / Denia / Pedreguer
Description
This as-new and well-maintained villa was built with double-wall solid construction. The bright, friendly atmosphere will impress you. Enjoy the indescribably beautiful distant views of the sea and the surrounding mountain panorama. The villa has 2 floors. The main living level features 1 living-dining room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a covered terrace as well as a large uncovered terrace with distant views. The finished basement is not rented out. The pool directly at the house is 8 x 4 meters in size. In addition, there are further sun-protected seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and shower. On the property there is a double carport for vehicles.

Tiled floors, aluminum windows with insulated glass, infrared heaters, pellet stove, air conditioning in every room, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large storage room with washing machine, built-in wardrobes, steel bars, satellite TV, DVD, etc. All furnishings are as new.

The house can be booked for 1-5 people, as desired. We can also offer you a longer stay over the winter in this house; for a rental period of 2 months or more, this house can be rented at a winter rental price of 1100 per month plus additional costs according to actual consumption.
Since there are some steps from the parking lot to the house, it is not suitable for the disabled!

Not too much promised!
Upon arrival, the excellent condition of the house stands out. The maintenance condition inside and outside the house is simply top-notch! The rooms are all spotless, and the kitchen is more than complete. Speaking of the kitchen: in addition to the kitchen in the house, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Additionally, by the pool, there is also a spot with a shady lounge. This way, one can also stay by the pool and keep an eye on the children. The house has another terrace. On the upper floor, there is a terrace with a wide view over the bay to the sea. Late in the evening, with a glass of Rioja, a dream place to unwind. The landlords are extraordinarily friendly, we will come back next year!

Fantastic panoramic view
Beautiful house with a dream view of mountains and sea. Fully equipped, very well maintained, and ideal for relaxing. The landlords are extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommendable!
