Villa Maeni, located in Pula, only 2 km from beautiful beaches, is an exceptional modern villa with a swimming pool that will not leave you wanting. The villa has a modern contemporary design and is decorated with a lot of love. Large windows and balcony doors ensure that a lot of natural light penetrates the space. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and all are equipped with double beds and air conditioners. Two of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom for added comfort. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers around the pool, a dining area and a grill where you can let your chef shine and prepare delicious meals for friends and family. All facilities are within walking distance from the villa.

This is newly built villa with swimming pool in Croatia, Villa Maeni is located near Pula and is only 2 km from beautiful beaches. Pula is one of the most important and most visited tourist destinations in Istria. Numerous historical monuments such as the Pula Amphitheatre, the Arch of Sergius, the Temple of Augustus, and the Pula Castle testify to the city's rich history. Charming little streets in Pula hide many surprises and are full of architecture from various historical periods. Excellent restaurants with delicious delicacies, top wines, and unforgettable ambiance have been delighting gastronomic enthusiasts for many years. During the summer, this seaside town is full of various events, the most famous of which is the "Pula Film Festival" or "film under the stars" which takes place in the Arena. Beautiful beaches and coves surrounded by greenery are only a few minutes away by car from the city center. During your stay in Pula, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni National Park, which you can reach by boat from the charming fishing town of Fazana.
