Description
The holiday home was built in the middle of the 18th century, completely renovated in the last few years, individually designed with a lot of commitment and equipped with the appropriate comfort.
Our house is approx. 100 m² in size and designed for up to 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large cooking and dining area.
In front of the house there is a large outdoor terrace with barbecue.
You will feel at home with us.
The initial equipment includes fresh milk, free-range eggs and bread from the region.
From our holiday accommodation you can discover something different every day, even without a car. The Malerweg, one of the most popular German long-distance hiking trails, passes close to the house.
You can easily reach many hiking destinations, such as the large and small Zschirnstein, the Wolfsberg, the Kaiserkone or the Zirkelstein on foot, even for the "inexperienced" hiker.
Both the playground and the Kneip treading pool are within easy walking distance.
To grasp the forest with all senses and to explore it playfully is the purpose of the 2.4 km long forest experience trail
at the hikers' car park at the Reuterhof.
With the "Mobil" guest card you get free travel on local public transport in the entire Sächsische Schweiz district. Bus line 252 (Bad Schandauer Rundlinie) takes you to the National Park railway station (connection to S-Bahn, long-distance trains) in Bad Schandau in just a few minutes or to the start of a hike to the Schrammstein or Winterberg area.

Location and surroundings of object
Coming from Bohemia, the Elbe flows in an impressive curve around the rock formations and forests here. Picturesquely situated on a flat area to the left of the Elbe, south-east of Bad Schandau, Reinhardtsdorf - Schöna is surrounded by forests and fields. Our community with about 1,500 inhabitants consists of the 3 districts Reinhardtsdorf, Schöna and Kleingießübel.
Reinhardtsdorf is a village settled in the forest around 1200, first mentioned with the Reinhardtsdorf church in 1368.
You will find our house in Reinhardtsdorf am Breitstein in a quiet, slightly sloping location on a large property at the foot of the Wolfsberg.
The bus stop to the public transport line 252 is about 250m away. To the small village shop with butcher's shop, food offer and snack bar you go approx. 10 min., to the panorama restaurant on the Wolfsberg by foot approx. 25 min. and to the restaurant "Zirkelstein" in the OT Schöna by foot approx. 30 min.
In Bad Schandau, about 12 minutes away by car, you have a wide range of shopping opportunities, some of them on Sundays.
On our property you will find parking spaces for 3 cars.
Coming from Dresden, you can reach us by S-Bahn S1 via the Bad Schandau National Park railway station and bus line 252 to Reinhardtsdorf "Ehrenmal" (memorial), then walk back in the opposite direction for approx. 150 m and then turn left into "Am Breistein", approx. 100 m further on.
You can reach us by car via the A17 exit Pirna, the B 172a and the B172 towards Bad Schandau, via Krippen to Reinhardtsdorf, turn right onto "Am Breitstein" then 100m left.
