Description
"Moin Moin" is what we say in the north. This greeting is appropriate at any time of day and always strikes the right note.
Our new holiday home (***** own classification, DTV has been applied for) is waiting for you on the Wurster North Sea coast, in the district of Nordholz. House "KompassRose", built in 2023 ! A smart accommodation that loves the sun and the wind, the harbour and the sea. On 120 m2 our "Rose" offers you loving luxury for 4 persons. To make it a perfect holiday, the cabins and galley are cosy and well equipped - but read for yourself!
All rooms are on one level and have an open-plan concept. This means that you can see all the way to the ridge in every room. That is why the house was deliberately built in the Danish holiday home style. Most of the rooms have white wooden ceilings.
1) Spacious 45m² living-dining area, comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard: wood-burning stove, large 50'' flat screen TV with Bose soundbar. Let "ALEXA" suggest music or listen to the current weather report for your holiday region, the Elbe-Weser triangle. Alexa switches floor lamps on and off for you or you switch on the circulation pump via ALEXA so that you have hot water at the tapping points (e.g. shower) in 2 minutes.
2) Open, modern fitted kitchen, with everything you appreciate at home and don't want to miss on holiday: high-quality AEG brand appliances (Miele ceramic hob, raised oven, large fridge, built-in microwave, dishwasher, circulating air extractor bonnet), plenty of space and extensive accessories (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, sharp solid kitchen knives, etc.).
Freezer (65 l) in the storage room. For your safety, there is a small fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the kitchen.
3) 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms (starboard and port), each with 2 berths. Double beds in each room (2 x 90 x 200 cm mattresses). Each room has a flat screen TV. 1 x 32" satellite TV or 1 x 40" satellite TV with DVD combination.
1 room has a valet, chair, mirror, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, so there is enough storage space for a long holiday. The 2nd bedroom also has 1 chest of drawers, chair, mirror and bedside tables. You can store your luggage in the walk-in wardrobe in this bedroom.
4) An elegant bathroom with shower, (at ground level and barrier-free), WC and access to your sauna.
5) Separate storage room with side entrance door for your bicycles. The 65 l freezer is also located here. Optionally, a man's bicycle is available here, e.g. to quickly fetch bread rolls in the morning. 20 Euro usage fee per week. Adjacent in the heating room you will find the combined washer-dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
We also offer an optional wallbox (11 KW) for charging your electric or hybrid car. Electricity is charged according to the kilowatts used and is not included in the rental price. Please ask for the current electricity price before arrival.
6) A guest toilet is located next to the entrance door.
All rooms are accessible from the central hallway. Each window and 3 patio doors are fitted with fly screens, electric shutters and pleated blinds. Each window and 3 terrace doors are equipped with fly screens, electric shutters and pleated blinds, so that you can leave the windows open even on warm summer nights. Thus, the small pests should stay outside.

Our newly built Scandinavian-style holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea dyke (5 minutes by car).
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea is practically on your doorstep. Discover the typical bird life with binoculars and a camera. The beaches in Cappel-Neufeld and Spieka-Neufeld are characterised by wide green beaches in front of the dikes of the Wurster North Sea coast, the sea and, at low tide, the almost endless mudflats.
A constant companion is the wind - sometimes gentle and soothing during the summer, sometimes stormy in autumn/winter. But the iodine-rich air will do you good all year round, and many holidaymakers come to the North Sea coast for that reason alone. In other words, a landscape that lets you breathe deeply. Discover the surroundings by bike or on long walks. Those seeking rest and relaxation will get their money's worth here. Experience the mudflats on a hike to Neuwerk Island on foot or by tidal flat car from Sahlenburg or Duhnen. High-sea lovers book a day trip by seaside ship or fast catamaran to Helgoland - Germany's only high-sea island about 60 km off the coast.
Cuxhaven with its sandy beaches (Sahlenburg / Duhnen or Döse) can be reached by bike or in about 15 minutes by car. In bad weather, the Havenwelten in Bremerhaven with the unique Emigration House, the Climate House, the Maritime Museum and other attractions around the harbour and seafaring attract visitors.
Important information:
The KompassRose is located in a general residential area / new construction area. You must expect construction activities on weekdays between 7:30 am and 6 pm. These activities are priced into the reduced rental price and therefore do not entitle you to make a complaint.
A plot in the immediate vicinity is still completely undeveloped. It is not yet clear when this will start.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Nordholz. Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet . Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr nett und freundlich. ? Wenn wir wieder an der Nordsee Urlaub machen dann würde ich zuerst dort anfragen. Wenn ich mehr Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich mehr vergeben.

Top class! Dreamily furnished, spotlessly clean, and outstanding service.
Our 10-day stay in September was simply perfect. The holiday home KompassRose leaves nothing to be desired: the furnishings are beautiful and everything was absolutely spotless. Although we usually travel to the Baltic Sea 70% of the time, this house completely convinced us. A special commendation goes to the landlord: the communication was warm and flexible from the start, and we always received lightning-fast responses. For us, it is clear: we will return in winter for 3 weeks full of anticipation! Deserves 5 stars!

North Sea Vacation 2026
The house is well equipped, located in a quiet residential area, and we felt completely comfortable. In the vicinity, there is everything needed for daily needs. Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven, Bremen, and also Hamburg are quickly reachable for day trips. The North Sea and fresh fish are not far by car and bicycle. We were able to store our e-bikes and the bike rack very well in the adjoining room. From the holiday home, one can easily start cycling tours. The host was very interested in us feeling comfortable, and there was a lot of helpful information about the house and the surroundings in the guest folder.

Simply top class 5 stars plus
As a former examiner of the German Tourism Association and also privately, I have been positively surprised again after a long time. Our temporary home was more than a top home. Super equipped and lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing, and the service was simply great, from booking to departure. We would love to come back. Pure relaxation and so cozy and tastefully furnished. That's how vacation should be fun, and that's how it has to be. 1000 thanks.

North Sea vacation 2026
We were at KompassRose for the first time. A very beautiful, tastefully decorated holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail and spotlessly clean. Very high-quality interior, nothing is missing. The location is perfect for excursions to Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven, and the small coastal towns in between like Spieka Neufeld, Dorum, Wremen, etc. Good shopping options nearby (Rewe, Aldi, etc.). At night, it is so quiet that you can hear a pin drop. Wonderful for a restful sleep. We felt very comfortable.
The highlight, however, is the landlord, a very empathetic person who is interested in and committed to his tenants. That is worth its weight in gold! He was always reachable for us.
We have been to the North Sea very often. The KompassRose was so far the most beautiful holiday home.
We will not be there for the last time.

Danke für die tolle Woche
Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Vermieter: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an herzlich, flexibel und wir haben immer blitzschnelle Rückantworten erhalten.
Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen im Winter für 3 Wochen voller Vorfreude wieder! Verdiente 5 Sterne!
Der Gastgeber hatte ein großes Interesse daran, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und es gab zum Haus und zur Umgebung sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen in der Gästemappe.
Sehr hochwertiges Interieur, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven und die kleinen Küstenorte dazwischen wie Spieka Neufeld, Dorum, Wremen etc. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Rewe, Aldi etc.). Nachts ist es so ruhig, dass man eine Stecknadel fallen hören kann ?. Wunderbar für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Highlight jedoch ist der Vermieter, ein sehr empatischer Mensch, der sich für seine Mieter interessiert und engagiert. Das ist Gold wert! Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Wir waren schon sehr oft an der Nordsee. Die KompasssRose war bisher das schönste Ferienhaus.
Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.
Sehr bequeme Sitzmöbel innen und außen, gute Matratzen, ausreichend Geschirr ect. .
Haus und Gegend laden zum Wiederkommen ein!!!
Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern, nichts hat gefehlt, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht beim Einrichten des Hauses!
Die Umgebungs ist sehr ruhig. Weg zum Strand sind ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein kaufsmöglichkeiten ideal zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Ein Ferienhaus ohne Mängel oder Beanstandungen - Vielen Dank!
Ein schönes Haus, mit TOP Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .
Alles sehr maritim abgestimmt und gemütlich.
Aufgrund der Jahreszeit haben wir die Terasse und den Garten nicht genutzt.
Ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Zubehör.
Zentrale Lage zwischen Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven und den schönen Kutterhäfen.
Herr Hashagen ist ein sehr guter Vermieter, freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.

Die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung bietet tolle Wandermöglichkeiten oder Aufenthalte am Wasser.

Die KompassRose ist ein sehr schönes Haus, dass vollständig ausgestattet ist. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.
Herr Hashagen, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Er kümmert sich um das Wohl seiner Feriengäste.

im Ferienhaus Kompassrose und waren so begeistert, dass wir in diesem Jahr zu
Wiederholungstäter wurden.
Meiner damaligen Bewertung, dass es sich bei der Kompassrose um ein Ferienhaus der Extraklasse handelt ist nichts hinzuzufügen.
Kleine Bedenken hatten wir wegen eines nebenan im Bau befindlichen Einfamilienhauses, was sich jedoch als vollkommen unbegründet darstellte.
Wie bereits 2024 festzustellen war sind alle Nachbarn sehr nett und freundlich.
Für uns ist klar, dass die Kompassrose auch 2026 wieder unser Urlaubsziel sein wird. Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven und die kleinen Fischerorte mit ihren idyllischen Häfen haben es uns halt besonders angetan.
Die Einrichtung ist absolut hochwertig, geschmackvoll, sowie in einem neuwertigen Zustand.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Kl. Krabbeltiere oder Sonstiges; Fehlanzeige. Sicher auch durch die Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern und Terassentüren, was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet.
Leider hatten wir Ende Juli ein paar Regentage, aber die Größe der KompassRose, erlaubte es uns das man sich mit Lesen, Spielen oder Saunagängen den Tag vertreiben konnte. Entspannung pur.
Der Ortskern in Nordholz ist ca. 1km entfernt und man bekommt alles für den täglichen Bedarf .
Das Einkaufszentrum hat bis 22 h geöffnet. Wir konnten so nach der Anreise noch entspannt einkaufen.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Hashagen.
Von der Buchung über die Informationen zum Haus und Umgebung, war alles sehr Informativ und der Austausch per Mail oder WA immer sehr nett und herzlich. Auch dies hebt sich von den oftmals vorgefertigten Schreiben und Standartmails anderer Ferienhausagenturen ab.
Wir möchten uns den Gästen aus dem letzten Jahr anschließen, die dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - wer hier Urlaub macht, der macht nichts falsch !
In der KompassRose wurde an der Ausstattung nicht gespart und es ist für alles gesorgt.
Herr Hashagen ist im Fall der Fälle gut erreichbar und steht gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Herr Hashagen, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und man kann ihn schnell erreichen. Er ist hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um seine Gäste.
Es gibt eine professionelle Gästemappe mit allen Infos, die man benötigt. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht....sehr organisiert.

Die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft war piccobello und es hat uns in unserer Ferienwoche im Haus an absolut gar nichts gefehlt. So konnten wir unsere Urlaubswoche uneingeschränkt und in vollen Zügen genießen !
Die Lage des Hauses in einem Neubaugebiet von Nordholz ist absolut ruhig. Das Haus diente uns als Basislager für unsere täglichen, ausgedehnten Geocaching-Touren mit dem Fahhrad sowohl in viele Orte an der Nordseeküste, nach Cuxhaven oder auch an den Elbestrand. Alles ist mit dem Rad und natürlich auch mit dem Auto bestens und in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
In Nordholz selbst gibt es in 1km Entfernung ein Einkaufszentrum für alles was den täglichen Bedarf deckt und darüber hinaus.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Hashagen, war in jedem Falle informativ und hilfreich (es blieben keine Fragen offen) aber vor allem auch stets sehr angenehm und herzlich und trägt auf alle Fälle dazu bei, für dieses Ferienhaus die Bestnote zu vergeben.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - wer hier Urlaub macht, der macht nichts falsch !
Abschließend sagen wir VIELEN DANK und AUF WIEDERSEHEN !!!
Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts & alles war sauber. Herr Hashagen antwortet immer schnell und auch für unser kleines „Rolladen-Problem“ kam die Hilfe sonntags schneller als die Feuerwehr! ?
Die Lage ist ruhig. In Nordholz gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf und zur Küste/Strand sind es 10 bis 20 Minuten - je nachdem an welchen Strand man möchte…
Cuxhaven & Bremerhaven sind mit dem PKW in 15 bzw. 30 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt im Umkreis von 30km etliche Freizeitaktivitäten.
Zusammenfassend verdient von der Kommunikation mit Herrn Hashagen, über die Buchung bzw. Abwicklung bis hin zum Haus selbst alles die Bestnote.

Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft samt netten Vermieter nur jedem, der einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte, wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns war es auf jeden Fall nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in der KompassRose.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ärztliche Versorgung sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, LIDL, ROSSMANN, eine Apotheke.) Den Badestrand erreicht man in ca. 15-20 Minuten.
Bremerhaven sowie Cuxhaven sind mit dem Pkw schnell erreichbar. Ein Tagesausflug von Cuxhaven nach Helgoland ist zu empfehlen.
Der Aufenthalt in der KompassRose hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder. Bis bald.
Es ist ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts.
Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und konnten super entspannen.
