Delightful, detached holiday villa with a fully enclosed garden, 3 km from the lively center of Jávea and the pleasant sandy beach of El Arenal. Ideal for a sunny family holiday on the Costa Blanca.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a wooded park. Children can play here in the beautifully landscaped playground while you enjoy the peace and nature in the shade of the trees. Admire the beautiful view of the Montgó mountain and take a nice walk there. The hinterland is rich in old castles and picturesque villages where time seems to have stood still. Also worth mentioning is the Cap de la Nau lighthouse, which to this day functions as a beacon for ships at sea and from where you have an impressive view of the Costa Blanca.
You will find the necessary cooling in the private swimming pool with outdoor shower and you can enjoy the sun on the covered terrace or on the side terrace with a fig tree, where you can sit in the shade at the cozy dining table. Prepare a delicious platter of barbecue for your dear ones.

The house itself was fine, the pool was very nice and deep enough for a swim. The aftermath was very loud

We arrived a little too early on the arrival date. but that was no problem. they were still cleaning the house but we could already go for a swim in the pool. The house was neat and clean and fully equipped. During the stay the wifi was out. Our contact person thought along with us. and after a day was recovered. We went to watch the sunrise for a day, went to the beach for a day, visited the market in the old part of javea and went to look at the harbor when the fishermen come back with their catch and auctioned it We have barbecued a number of times at the house, but we also went out to eat at restaurant bachus, agila, these are easy to do on foot from the house. We also had dinner on the boulevard once, but we also stayed at the house for days, the children just loved having a private swimming pool in the garden. So little minus points. Well, it is located in a neighborhood where several houses are close to each other and so you have neighbors, but well we had little inconvenience from that.

Nice and quiet house! Above a nice big room with a beautiful view! Large garden with a nice pool. Too bad that it was not heated, but yes kids just went in so they have great fun. We have been a week and went on again but must say that was more than enough. Javea did not like much. House recommended!

Super nice house in a good place. Good restaurant around the corner. The only thing we ourselves had not taken into account is that the pool is not heated. We did not have that much trouble ourselves but we had friends in the neighborhood who did, and there the children lay in the pool all day and with us they were freezing after 10 minutes.

Beautiful holiday home with all useful amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Only regret that the pool was not heated. The swimming pool was already in the shadow during this time of the year (around 1 nov). So we paid for something we could not fully enjoy.

In relation to disabled passenger and an early flight we had asked to be able to anticipate the arrival. The lady who received us did her best to arrange this for us and as our fellow-traveler was right after the afternoon to take the much needed rest. House specially selected by the walk-in shower on the ground floor which is also suitable for disabled with own packed shower stool.

A warm welcome there. Even before departure contact the keyholder. The house is situated in an urbanization, so you do have neighbors! But are within 5 minutes you are on the beach, where you can park your car for free. Within four minutes at a large supermarket. Pleasant house with comfortable beds. Nice pool with a lawn around it. Spacious bathrooms with good showers.

Had wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. The pool is lovely and the house fully equipped. It is neat and cozy. The only downside for us somewhat hard beds. The setting is nice but just finding the right spots for families with children. Plenty to do, nice restaurants and cafés in the village. Recommended!

Villa zapato is a very complete house where you can keep fine holiday. The garden and pool are well maintained. Minus is that there are several aspects neighbors and borders the garden fence was not ideal thus somewhat to be desired privacy on left. It is home together great base to go to the beach or to be active, such as mountain biking, hiking in the mountains, not to mention Valencia is definitely worth it.

We had a very nice holiday in Javéa and in this beautiful house! with fantastic pool, the water was 28 degrees! It is convenient to view the area with a rental car, there are beautiful vantage points in the buurt.Ook the beach and promenade (5 minute drive) are worth a range of nice restaurants galore!

Delightful Villa. Nicely decorated, with everything nice and sheltered with beautiful sitting areas in the garden. Also equipped kitchen with all amenities and excellent beds. Very well entertained with 5 adults and 1 child of 2 years. Supermarket, beach etc are well spaced so a car is necessary.
