This luxurious, fantastic penthouse holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in an idyllic location in Wagrain in Salzburgerland, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The penthouse holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor of a chalet and offers 2 large bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a modern Alpine kitchen, a large living room with dining area, 2 balconies and a ski cellar. You can park directly at the house.

Wagrain is located between Flachau and St. Johann Alpendorf and therefore in the middle of the Snow Space Salzburg ski area with 210 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars from Alpendorf to Zauchensee. As part of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amade, the ski resort is one of the most popular in Austria with 760 kilometers of slopes. Snow Space Salzburg offers winter sports enthusiasts many entrances to the ski area, 3 of which are directly in Wagrain.

Wagrain offers numerous activities and sights, both in summer and winter. Cycling, hiking and skiing are possible in the immediate surroundings. The Wagrain water world with several indoor and outdoor pools and a large playground is only 800 m away. The Wagrain Bike Park and the Flying Mozart Cable Car are 750 meters from the property.

Directly in Wagrain or in Sankt Johann im Pongau there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Great apartment, spacious and well equipped on 3rd floor with views of the hills. 2 very comfortable double beds, good bathroom with bath & shower, large dining, kitchen, sitting area with a good Smart TV. Excellent location by the ski bus stop and ski in/ski out slope.
