Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the bathing lake. The holiday home with a large covered terrace is located in the middle of a well-kept green area. Two parking spaces are directly at the house. All rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and suitable for allergy sufferers. The ground floor consists of a hallway with closet, bathroom and living room. The living room has an additional floor heating and direct access to the terrace. Kitchenette and stairs to the upper floor are part of the room. The shower in the bathroom is at ground level and barrier-free. The bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed, are on the upper floor. The converted attic offers 2 sleeping places (beds).
Flat screen TV, HD quality, radio with CD player and WLan as well as children's high chair and children's travel bed are available.
The terrace, equipped with leisure furniture, offers enjoyment of the sea air regardless of the weather. The barbecue fireplace can also be used to spend the day in family and sociable company. The terrace lighting can certainly contribute to a cosy evening. The lawn adjoining the terrace and the lawns to the right and left of the house invite you to sunbathe. The surrounding shrubs provide privacy.

Further opportunities for leisure activities are offered by the bathing lake with its South Sea-white sandy beach and play facilities for young and old, such as a water ride, climbing tower and pirate ship, football, basketball and beach volleyball court, pedal boats, stand-up paddling, wakeboard & water ski lift. A walk around the lake approx. 3.5 km also contributes to fitness.
The nearby sports park with fitness and squash centre extend the sporting offer.
For horse lovers, the horse farm "Kleine Mück", in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home settlement, offers a rich programme.
Anglers can also pursue their hobby here at the bathing lake.
The beach café "Kanzler" and the chill-out beach bar at the water-skiing facility also offer a change of pace. Music events also provide entertainment there.
A holiday in East Frisia also includes a trip to or along the coast and a visit to an East Frisian island. It takes about 20 minutes to get there.
A hike in the Wadden Sea, which was placed under nature protection by UNESCO in 2009, is interesting and eventful.
Low tide and high tide as well as the healthy iodine-rich North Sea air are the typical attributes of East Frisia.
In addition to the picturesque coastal towns and islands, it is always worth taking a detour to the Dollart with its large Ems dam, the town of Emden or the Jade Bay and the town of Wilhelmshafen with its naval museum and, more recently, its liquefied gas transhipment plant. .

Very nice little house
Directly by the lake, just right for four people. Thoughtfully furnished, no frills, but everything is there. And: friendly, helpful landlords. We really liked it in Aurich.

Small holiday home for feeling good
We felt very comfortable in this holiday home. It was clean and tidy, we lacked nothing. A good starting point for extensive bike tours and subsequent cooling off in the swimming lake.

Beautiful small clean holiday home
The house is very cozy, was clean, and the contact with the landlords was very pleasant and uncomplicated. It is located very close to the swimming lake. We felt welcome and comfortable.
