Holiday bungalow for 4 + 2 persons (2 double beds+ 2 children's beds) near the beach (approx. 300m)
The bungalow is fully equipped and leaves hardly anything to be desired (WLAN, TV, gas cooker, oven with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
The half-open conservatory invites you to linger and the east-facing terrace for breakfast in the sun. The bungalow is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with deck chairs.
The bungalow is located in a traffic-calmed open bungalow park directly behind the dunes with its own beach access and beach café. The park itself offers various open spaces for playing football/ volleyball/ table tennis and a tennis court.
A canoe rental and the associated canals are located directly behind the park.
Den Helder is about 5 minutes away by car or easily accessible by bike via the dune cycle path. Alkmaar is a good 25 minutes away by car. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here on the bike or on the water. If you still want to go somewhere else, you can take the ferry to Texel (from Den Helder) and be on the island opposite in less than 30min. If you go on foot or by bike, you only pay €5 for the crossing, which includes great nature experiences.

Julianadorp is located at the top tip of North Holland and belongs to the municipality of Den Helder. The bungalow is located directly behind the dunes on a beach access in an open park. The small, tranquil village has all the shops you need for your daily needs (grocery shops, games shop, pet supplies, drugstore, magazines, etc.) as well as a medical centre including a pharmacy (there is also a veterinarian in the village).
A snack bar is located directly at the park entrance, the pancake and steak house is only 3min away. In the immediate vicinity there is the possibility of renting canoes or taking surfing lessons (in the holiday weeks) on the beach. A climbing park, animal park and bowling alley can be reached in a few minutes. The towns of Callantsoog, Schoorl, Egmond and Bergen aan Zee are all easily accessible via the Duinstraat.

Check in and check out are contactless, i.e. a key is deposited for you at the house in a keysave, you receive a code for check in and can arrange arrival and departure yourself within the specified times.
A deposit of €150 is required before the start of the trip, which will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after the trip.
There is a final cleaning fee of 80,00€ per stay.
