Hello and welcome to the vacation home "Hobooken Hüs". Your vacation home under thatch is located directly on the east beach promenade 40m from the sea. The Frisian-style semi-detached house offers space for up to 6 people.

Enjoy the sunny terrace in the large garden. The Lister harbor, restaurants and shopping are within walking or cycling distance.

Garden furniture is available to you seasonally limited.
Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not allowed due to the thatched roof.

free of charge if there are 180 or more between the booking and the arrival date and the tenant cancels the booking no later than the end of the 3rd, following the booking
from the 14th day before the start of the rental 100% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
