The property is well located. Short distances to shopping, beach, restaurants. The houses have good amenities. Everything is sufficiently available. We have been there several times and will definitely come back.

We felt comfortable, but what we didn't understand was that there was a dog ban on the entire south beach due to so many dogs. There is the west beach, which is natural, but you have to drive there. And it was less than 5 minutes on foot from our house to the south beach.
