We were lucky. Our terrace was not facing the road, which was the case for many houses. One was basically surrounded by people/holiday guests every 30 seconds. At least I can imagine that this would have been uncomfortable for someone renting a holiday home.

It's worth it. You can do a lot. The neighboring seaside resorts are quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the dog beach is not within walking distance. But one can cope well there. Dogs can run freely.
