The cosily furnished roof-only house (non-smokers) is situated in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest on a 520 sqm plot of land. On the partly covered wooden terrace you can let the sun shine on your belly.
Garden furniture and everything you need to feel good (parasol, beach chair, barbecue, trolley with beach toys, bicycles, etc.) is available. With approx. 85 sqm of living space, the holiday home offers room for up to 6 adults.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a total of 5 (6) beds. If required, one bed can be pulled out. A children's travel bed and high chair are also available.
On the ground floor is the living and dining area with fireplace (a basket with firewood is ready for you), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a small bathroom with shower.
Internet use is possible via WLAN.

Ostseebad Damp (Damp 2000) - is located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Schleswig-Holstein. With its fantastic location directly on the Baltic Sea, Damp offers holiday fun all year round, a kilometre-long sandy beach, bathing fun, wellness, games and variety and a varied gastronomy as well as a wide range of shopping facilities.
Our house is situated in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest. The Baltic Sea beach (approx. 750m) can be reached quickly on foot, by bike or with a handcart.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who will enter the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, minus the saved expenses, provided re-renting is not possible: Cancellation: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the rental price Nevertheless, the landlord will make an effort to re-rent the property. If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. Cancellations or terminations can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord.
