The holiday home "SeaView" is located at the upper end of Crikvenica city, approximately 1.3 km from the center of Crikvenica and about 8 km from the center of Novi Vinodolski. The sea and beach are about 700 meters away (as the crow flies). The house itself consists of three adjoining two-story apartments with a total of 10 rooms (7 bedrooms and 3 living rooms) and 9 bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet). Every apartment has direct access to its own terrace (partially covered) and the shared garden as well as the heated pool with salt electrolysis cleaning system on the ground floor. There is no internal connection between the apartments. All rooms have their own individually controllable air conditioning. Wi-Fi inside and outside the building. The property itself is completely enclosed with fence and wall, 930m² in size, with lawn, Mediterranean plants, stone slabs, a wood grill, 5 private parking spaces, and a panoramic view of the sea, the Velebit, and the island of Krk.
Distances: Bus stop 100 meters, grocery store (Studenac Market) 300 meters, supermarket (Plodine) 900 meters, Lidl 2.5 km, restaurants from 650 meters, yacht harbor 850 meters, airport 17 km, beauty salon 400 meters, nail salon 200 meters. Arrival-Departure: Individually negotiable during the pre- and post-season. In the peak season, departure is by 10:00 AM and arrival from 4:00 PM. IMPORTANT: Non-smoking house, no pets, pool heating extra (It is necessary to notify 7 days in advance if the heating is to be booked), 7 double rooms and 3 sleeping places in the living rooms on the couches, as well as 2 more sleeping places on mobile beds.

Location and surroundings of object
Crikvenica has been not only a seaside resort but also a health resort for over 120 years. The mild climate alleviates and cures illnesses such as asthma, heart disease and circulatory problems all year round. Traditional festivals include the "Days of Crikvenica" (in August) and the "Fishermen's Week" (in September). During the economic event "Days of Croatian Products", tourists are offered top Croatian products (the ham "Prsut", regional cheese, the famous "Schliwowitz", liqueur Julischka, the wine from the island of Krk "Vrbnicka Zlahtina" and much more).
Geographically, Crikvenica is located in the middle of the Kvarner Bay, only 35 km from the large port city of Rijeka and 17 km from Krk Airport, and has become a popular holiday destination.
The beach promenade connects four towns and offers the opportunity for a long walk or a nice bike ride.

Maturity trip
The accommodation is very well suited for large groups who like to spend time together but also want some privacy through the 3 separate living units. The rooms are very nice and all have their own bathroom, which is very pleasant for such large groups. The way to the beach was a bit further than expected, but it is easily reachable by car in 5 minutes. The area is pleasantly quiet, and overall it was a very nice stay that I can really only recommend.

We had rented the whole house. It really looks like in the pictures, just a dream. ? Everything is well equipped, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, barbecue charcoal,...
Communication with the owner is very pleasant. A dream view. A few minutes' drive to the beach.

Beautiful villa with sea view and excellent service
The villa in Crikvenica is truly a dream. We spent the autumn holidays here with friends with small children, twelve of us in total, and really enjoyed every moment. The house is located on a slope with a perfect sea view, where we also enjoyed the sunset.
The heated pool allowed us to go swimming even late in the year. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need - both in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and also on the very nice terrace. There are loungers, armchairs, tables ready, and even a high chair for the children.
The booking and processing with the landlord worked wonderfully and uncomplicated. We were also warmly welcomed on-site, and there was always someone available for questions.
Directly from the accommodation, there is also a beautiful hiking trail leading up to the sage path with a breathtaking view of the coast. Full recommendation even in autumn.

Top villa for a perfect vacation
The villa in a magnificent location with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay offers everything one desires for a dream vacation.
In addition to the large, heated pool (8×4m) with plenty of high-quality loungers and umbrellas, there are a variety of tables and chairs available for cozy evenings in the garden, including a breathtaking sunset.
Each of the 7 double rooms is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.
Moreover, each bedroom has its own bathroom. In each of the 3 houses, there is also a washing machine.
The 3 kitchens are equipped with everything one needs, so you don't have to bring anything from home.
Wi-Fi was very fast, and even in the furthest bedroom, the reception was still good.
Communication with the landlord was excellent from the start. As an Austrian, he speaks perfect German, so there were no communication problems at all. Both before the vacation and during the vacation, he was always available for questions and always responded quickly.
He also called during the vacation to ask if everything was okay.
For the minor damages that I reported and that we caused, he was very accommodating and did not charge for them.
The price-performance ratio is simply excellent!
Would gladly do it again...

Name is program.
The view is incredible and the facility offers everything you could wish for. All three houses are well-equipped and the sea and shops are also easy to reach. We enjoyed our 7 nights in the house very much and would definitely come again!
