Description

The 90 m2 flat for 4-5 people is located on the 3rd floor of the house directly by the sea and is divided into one single room, two double rooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. From the living room and bedroom you have direct access to the balcony with a unique sea view. There are also two terraces available to you and all guests of the house. One of the communal terraces also offers a beautiful view over the rooftops to the sea. The garden and barbecue area are available to you and all guests of the house. The swimming pool is located behind the house and is shared with three other flats. A daily fee is charged for use of the pool. The car park is located on the property.

Je tiens vraiment à remercier nôtre hôtesse ainsi que son mari pour leur bonhomie spontanée, leur disponibilité et leur attention.L\'accueil a été très chaleureux ainsi que les informations et les conseils concernant le logement et la visite de la région.L\'appartement est superbe, il était très propre, tranquille ainsi qu\'une belle piscine également très propre avec une vue magnifique sur l\'Adriatique depuis le balcon qui nous servait de pièce à vivre...Le plus une place de parking réservée car le stationnement à Crikvenica y est très difficile et de surcroît payant Il y a divers supermarchés à proximité(Lidl, Plodine et konzum)ainsi que des commerces de proximité...Crikvenica est située en voiture à 30 minutes de Rijeka (belle ville assez importante au nord et en bord de l\'Adriatique),à 2h10 de Ljubljana (capitale de la Slovénie) et à environ 2h00 du parc national de Plitvicka jezera.

will definitely come back

We were received very kindly. My husband got a coffee and the children got an ice cream sundae as a welcome. It was very clean, quiet, and the view was simply wonderful. We can only recommend it. I needed a small sieve, which the landlady was very happy to lend me. We don't have a single negative point. It was great and we are going back next year. p.s. we were right at the top on the third floor, and the view was simply wonderful!
