Villa Brunetti, newly built in 2021, is quietly situated in the middle of Vabriga, just over 1 km from the sea. Within walking distance you will find 2 supermarkets, restaurants and cafés.
With 140 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (spacious walk-in showers) and a guest toilet.
The living and dining area on the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned house has an open kitchen, a dining area for at least 6 people and a cosy living area. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each modern bedroom has box-spring beds, air-conditioning, TV. The master bedroom also has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Of course, there is a well-functioning WLAN in the entire house and outside area. Fresh bed linen, 1 towel, 1 large shower towel and a beach towel for the outdoor area are obligatory for every guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, ice maker, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine.
A heat pump provides pleasant coolness in the summer and cosy warmth in the cooler months with underfloor heating.
In the outdoor area, you can spend nice barbecue evenings at the brick barbecue and the large terrace. The 28m² pool invites you to swim or just splash around. After swimming, each guest has their own sun lounger incl. sun towels for sunbathing.
