In our house built in 1979, we have prepared a cozy 2-room apartment for you. On a living area of 46 sqm, you can spend a relaxing holiday with 2–3 people in the rooms listed below. Bedroom: Double bed (travel cot for children can be provided on request), television
Living room: Seating area, dining table, single bed
Kitchenette fully equipped with dishes, pots, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, and washbasin
Large covered balcony with garden furniture.
You can relax and enjoy the sun on the lawn or on the large covered balcony. For families with children, a crib can be provided upon request. By the way, our house is not located on a through road, so you can let your children play safely in our garden with a swing and sandbox. Smoking is not allowed in our holiday apartment.

Our holiday apartment is located in a wonderful south-facing slope in a very quiet and sunny new development area in Hödingen, a district of Überlingen, about 4 km from the town centre. After a short walk of about 300 meters you are in the middle of orchards with a wonderful view of Lake Constance, the Alps and the Hegau mountains.
HÖDINGEN is a small, pretty former farming village with about 780 inhabitants and is located 4 km above the spa and holiday town of Überlingen on the north shore of Lake Constance. In our nicely and comfortably furnished holiday accommodations you are invited to a quiet, relaxing and child-friendly stay away from the big holiday hustle and bustle.

Holiday flat

The information on the internet about the flat does not correspond to the actual situation in some points.
There is a construction site in front of the house, which we were not informed about. Side view of Lake Constance from the balcony is obscured by trees. The flat is separated from the corridor by a curtain. A private flat leads off the same corridor. When the flat is occupied, which was the case on two days, the other guests can simply go into the flat. There is only one curtain. Another drawback is that you have to go into the bedroom to watch TV. One would have to be a bit creative in redesigning the apartment and then this problem would be solved. You can't speak of a dead-end street either. The landlords are nice, but they were not cooperative about the shortcomings.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns Vermieter wenigstens nett fanden. Allerdings hatten wir noch nie Gäste, die unerlaubterweise in das gegenüberliegende Dachstudio schauten und danach gar einen Umzugswunsch geäußert haben. Ihre aufgeführten Mängel, die Sie teilweise bei uns vor Ort gar nicht angesprochen hatten, waren für Sie wohl störend, wurden von anderen Mietern bisher jedoch nicht an uns herangetragen. Gerne nehmen wir Anregungen zur Verbesserung des Urlaub-Feelings unserer Gäste auf. Ende Oktober ziehen die ersten Nachbarn in die auf der anderen Straßenseite liegenden Neubauten ein, so dass ein Ende der Bautätigkeiten abzusehen ist.
Wir freuen uns auf weitere Gäste, die sich an den anderen Bewertungen orientieren und bei uns einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub in unserem heimeligen Appartement und einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit Streuobstwiesen sowie See- und Alpensicht verbringen möchten!

Holiday at Lake Constance

A beautiful top floor/ holiday flat in a very nice quiet residential area. Very nice landlords who put a lot of effort into decorations and garden views. A dreamlike setting with a great view of Lake Constance with turquoise water! A dream. Definitely worth a trip again and again!!!

Beautiful relaxing days

The penthouse is cosy and equipped with everything you need. There is a lot of storage space for clothes, shoes, bathroom utensils, etc., and a nice big balcony. and a nice big balcony
The landlords are incredibly nice and you feel very welcome from the first moment.
