The cosy 55 sqm 2-room flat for 2 persons is located on the 3rd floor of the Residenz Niendorf, Travemünder-Landstr. 2. The lift will take you from the underground car park, where a free parking space is available, to the front door of the flat. The spacious living room is equipped with a corner sofa and coffee table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, free internet and telephone in the German landline network. Comfortable wicker armchairs with dining table stand in front of an integrated fitted kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor bonnet, kettle, microwave, egg boiler, blender, sink, crockery and much more. In the bedroom there is a double bed with wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer. A balcony invites you to sit in the wonderful sea air, with a view of the pier and the beach, which can be reached after 50 metres. The indoor seawater swimming pool is also just a short distance away. You can also store your bicycles in a bicycle room. Spend a relaxing holiday that you will not soon forget.
