Description
Our holiday home is a detached, spacious holiday home with room to relax and live.
The furnishings are stylish, tastefully decorated and cosy.
It has a living area of approx. 90 m², offers space for six adults and a small child and is located in the Schoneveld beach park near Breskens.
It has a south-facing garden, parking for 2 cars, a lockable annex with storage for bicycles or beach toys and a large terrace on a plot of approx. 350m². The property is fenced.
On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with adjoining dining and living room. Large sliding doors connect both living and dining rooms with the terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with large shower, and a separate guest toilet.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with shower and a sauna. If desired, a stair gate provides safety on the upper floor.
Strandpark Schoneveld merges into Droompark Schonefeld, which borders directly on the sea. In the Droompark there is a bicycle rental (bicycles, e-bikes, go-karts), Franki's little supermarket for your breakfast rolls and daily necessities, a snack bar, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley with billiard table, and for children a playground with a large bouncy cushion and table tennis table. The Schoneveld beach park has a football pitch and a basketball hoop for sporting activities. There is also a varied playground a short distance away.
For our little guests, there is a baby travel cot (please note: due to lack of space, this can only be placed in the upper two bedrooms) and a high chair

Breskens, the cosy harbour town at the mouth of the Westerschelde, has about 5000 inhabitants and is situated directly behind the dunes. With its lively town centre and many small shops, nice cafés, excellent fish restaurants and its kilometre-long sandy beach, it invites you to visit at any time of the year.

The family-friendly holiday home "MATS" is located only a few minutes' walk from the extensive sandy beach. You will feel at home here in every season: In summer, long summer evenings with a glass of wine on the cosy terrace, in spring and autumn, long walks on the beach and adventurous bicycle tours. In winter, you can warm up in the sauna after a walk on the beach and end the day in comfort.
