Description
Our holiday home is a detached, spacious holiday house with room to relax and live in.
The furnishings are stylish, tasteful, and comfortably appointed.
It has a living area of approx. 90 m², offers space for six adults and one small child, and is located in the Strandpark Schoneveld near Breskens. It features a south-facing garden, parking space for 2 cars, a lockable annex with storage for bicycles or beach toys, and a large terrace on a plot of approx. 350m². The property is fenced.
On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with adjoining dining and living room. Large sliding doors connect both the living and dining rooms with the terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate guest WC.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. Here there is also another bathroom with a shower as well as a sauna. A stair gate provides safety upstairs if desired.
The Strandpark Schoneveld merges into the Droompark Schoneveld, which is located directly by the sea. In Droompark there is a bicycle rental (bicycles, e-bikes, go-karts), Frankie’s small supermarket for your breakfast rolls and everyday necessities, a snack bar, a restaurant, a bowling alley with a billiard table, as well as a playground with a large jumping cushion and table tennis table for children. In Strandpark Schoneveld, a football field and a basketball hoop invite you to be active. Here too, there is a varied playground close by. In the Scheldeveste Park, an attractive indoor swimming pool awaits you about 800 meters away.
For our little guests, a baby travel cot (please note: due to space constraints, it can only be set up in the two upstairs bedrooms) and a high chair are available.

With its lively town center and many small shops, charming cafés, excellent fish restaurants, and its kilometer-long sandy beach, it invites visitors at any time of year. Activities:

The family-friendly holiday home "MATS" is located just a few minutes' walk from the extensive 15 km long sandy beach. Here you will feel comfortable at any time of year: In summer, long evenings with a glass of wine on the cozy terrace beckon; in spring and autumn, long walks on the beach and eventful bike tours await. In winter, you can warm up in the sauna after a walk on the beach and end the day in comfort.

Vacation in Breskens
We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house and the garden.
Unfortunately, the weather was not such that we could enjoy the terrace often.
We then drove to the beach by car. It was too long to walk with a small child.
Our grandson enjoyed the playground.
Not so suitable for two families, as there is only one double bed in one room.
But it worked for a week.
