This holiday flat in one of the oldest parts of Wilhelmshaven, located on a play street, awaits you for your stay at the North Sea in Wilhelmshaven. In a two-storey old building, this holiday flat has a large, covered garden terrace on the ground floor. The furnishings are modern, high quality and leave nothing to be desired.
A children's travel cot and a children's high chair can be provided on request.
Whether you are travelling as a single or couple, or as a foursome, feel welcome in the quiet district of Alt-Heppens in Wilhelmshaven.
There are parking spaces at the entrance, but should these be occupied, there is plenty of parking space on the street and on the house's own property nearby.
If you would like to bring your own bicycles, please let us know before your arrival so that we can reserve a place for them.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and has a size of approx. 103 m². The entrance area, where bicycles, prams etc. can be parked, is approx. 35 m². There is another holiday flat on the upper floor.
The flats were converted into holiday flats in 2021/22 from a changeful history (which could not be rebuilt in some areas). The flats are very centrally located in Wilhelmshaven. Shopping facilities, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, beer garden, spa park and bus connection are in the immediate vicinity. ( 500-2000 m )
The sea can also be reached on foot in approx. 10-15 minutes. A well-developed cycling network in Wilhelmshaven and the surrounding area invites you to go on beautiful tours.

Perfect holiday flat
The flat offers everything you could wish for and is in a very quiet location. The covered terrace is another plus point. We felt very comfortable with Fam . Kissing very comfortable.
