Super holiday accommodation

We have been regularly coming to the Lütte or Grote Witte Hus for six years now. The reception with freshly baked cake and coffee is probably unique among holiday homes in general. The supply of firewood and charcoal for the grill is always ensured. The landlords always have a sympathetic ear if you have a question about the area or need something, for example, an extra pillow or a warmer bed, etc. Within an hour, you can reach the Baltic Sea by car, and even shorter distances to well-known places like Wismar, Güstrow, Waren an der Müritz, or Schwerin. The nature with its numerous lakes and forests invites you to relax, and in the fall, you can watch the cranes at sunset nearby. We will definitely come back and hope to enjoy our favorite holiday home many times.

First family vacation

We, a young family with a small child from the Rhineland, can recommend the accommodation without any restrictions. We booked the house for our first holiday with a toddler and were very satisfied. The house is located in a small, very quiet village. You can easily reach the nearby towns by car and explore the area wonderfully by bike. The nature and lake scenery are fantastic. The Baltic Sea can also be reached by car in a 1-hour drive. The house offers a great sunset view from the terrace that should not be missed. In general, the house is equipped with everything needed for daily life. Bicycles, grill, seating areas, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and much more are available and can be used without restrictions. Just bring your personal belongings and you can start your vacation. The landlords themselves are two very nice people who always have a listening ear and are also open for a nice chat at the fence. We got along well, felt comfortable, and our daughter was welcomed very warmly. There is also easily the possibility to spend several days on site and relax in the garden. A sandpit, paddling pool, and sun loungers are available in the garden for this purpose. This accommodation is highly recommended for families with (young) children. We would love to come back to this house. Thank you for the great stay, and hopefully, the tenants who come after us in Hohen Pritz will have an equally wonderful time.

Wunderschöne Tage

We can wholeheartedly recommend this house. We had wonderful days in an idyllic location. The house is superbly equipped, and the landlords (Spatzi and Dieter) enchant with their warm hospitality. We will certainly come back.

A holiday home to feel comfortable!

We spent the Pentecost weekend in the holiday home and were thrilled! We were warmly welcomed with coffee and cake, a great start to the short vacation. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Especially great is the large garden with a swing, sandpit, slides, and a shed full of play opportunities - the children were delighted. Inside the house, the living room downstairs is particularly cozy, especially when you light the fireplace in the evenings. The location of the house is extremely quiet, but it is just a stone's throw away from the nearest village, and Schwerin (e.g. with the zoo) is not far either. We can only recommend the house!

Simply great

We have rented the large house for 4 weeks with 2 people and 2 dogs. Property is fenced. Great and quiet location. Accommodation very nice. Super equipment. Great lakes for swimming for 4 and 2-legged beings. The landlords are cuddly and just really nice.

Simply ingenious!

We spent our holiday with you almost at the same time last year and were thrilled! You as hosts, dear Spatzi and dear Dieter, are brilliant and unique! That's why it was clear to us...we'll be back! Dream holiday/ Dream host

Everything was just perfect. The house is a dream, plenty of space, everything you need is there. You arrive and you are on vacation. The hosts are unique (and we have been to several vacation homes), but we have never found such lovable landlords anywhere. Where else do you get a cake (freshly baked) upon arrival and a freshly brewed coffee? After the initial arrival, there was a guided tour of the town with Mr. Witte. So you know - where is what - usually you just wander through the place aimlessly - but not at the Witte family's. A big thank you again for this great vacation we were able to spend in Hohen Pritz. A wonderful holiday at the grote Witte Hus

We had a wonderful holiday with our 3 children and 2 dogs at Grote Witte Hus. The lakes in the area invited us to swim and go boating in the wonderful summer weather. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished holiday home. The children were thrilled with their own floor. We can only recommend the holiday with the Witte family and would love to come back.

Wunderschöne Ferien

We felt really comfortable in the beautiful Grote Witte Hus. Everything needed for the holiday was available. Upon arrival, the friendly landlords greeted us with coffee and delicious homemade cake. It was a highlight for our grandchild to go on a treasure hunt with the rowboat, which is included, on the nearby lake with little islands. In the garden, children can play around and adults can relax. Lounge chairs, grill, fire pit - everything is there. Kurz, "Dat Grote Witte Hus" is worth a visit!

Ferienhaus-Bewertung

Dear Witte's,

we spent 1 week in your wonderful and lovingly furnished accommodation with our 2-year-old daughter in the most beautiful weather. Our vacation was very relaxing, also characterized by the diverse destinations for excursions.
We found the loving welcome with coffee and cake particularly delightful. On the property, there were plenty of play equipment available for our daughter (e.g. sandbox, slide, swing, etc.). Also, our own boat at the jetty of Kleinpritzer Lake, which could be used free of charge, provided a welcome change. Overall, a successful vacation that is definitely worth recommending. We wish you all the best for the future and once again thank you for the hospitality that left nothing to be desired.

3 days of pure relaxation with the best landlords in Germany!!!

Dear Angelika, dear Dieter!

Many thanks again for the unforgettable days we were able to spend with you! From the homemade cake, to the bread rolls hanging on the door in the morning, to the little tour, we were able to experience and appreciate your absolute hospitality. Despite the not-so-perfect weather, we enjoyed every second. Playing boules in the garden, biking through the beautiful nature, or simply grilling in the evening followed by a bonfire and playing guitar. We felt completely comfortable:)

Great holiday to relax

We were four people and a dog in this beautiful holiday home, which is furnished with great attention to detail. The house and garden are very well maintained, and there is really everything you need in terms of household items (kitchen roll/dishwasher tabs, etc.), which unfortunately is not always the case everywhere, so it's worth mentioning here. We unfortunately had rainy weather in the first few days, but that doesn't matter at all with this holiday home. On one hand because it's cozier in front of the fireplace, and on the other hand, because there are so many books and board games in the house that boredom won't be an issue, and in case of need, TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms :) The garden offers plenty of opportunities for sunbathing, grilling, and playing games like badminton, bowling, tennis, volleyball, and much more, all available there; there are also plenty of bikes. But most of all, the hospitality of the family stands out. To praise Witte, we were welcomed with flowers, coffee, and cake. There was a house and garden tour, local excursion tips, recommendations for shopping, dining, hiking, cycling, or nice walking paths for dog walking. And if something was missing, we had a question, or something broke, no problem, just go to the Witte family :)
It is definitely also something for young people (we are all in our late twenties). A vacation to relax and unwind, we will come back. Thanks again to Jacky, Kathrin, Micha, Martin, and dog Murphy.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Kleines gemütliches Dorf,total ruhige Umgebung,ca.30 Minuten Laufweg bis zum Wald, optimal für Urlaub mit Hund, Natur pur.

free time activities: Wandern, radfahren, baden am See (auch mit Hund), Boot´s Tour,zu empfehlen ist auch die Sommerrodelbahn in Malchow und das Oldtimermuseum in Groß Raden, ein Ausflug zur Ostsee ist zwar etwas weiter (ca.45 Minuten Autofahrt bis Warnemünde)aber ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

shopping facilities: Zum Bäcker gehts auch noch mit dem Fahrrad, für Lebensmittel- Großeinkäufe ist Sternberg zu empfehlen ( diverse Discounter vorhanden) da ist aber ein Auto nötig!

Grote witte hus

The most beautiful and best equipped holiday home we have stayed in with our two children (3 and 4 years old) so far. The house is really cozy and equipped with everything you need. The sleeping area and play corner under the roof provide children with an adventurous own realm. The holiday home is also suitable for two people, as the upper area can be completely closed off, and one can make themselves comfortable in the living room in front of the fireplace during the cold season. The outdoor area is very well-kept and spacious, with plenty of space for children to play. There are plenty of excursions in the area or you can simply explore with the bicycles or rowboat available. Upon arrival, you are greeted with coffee and homemade cake by the warm and always helpful hostess. Conclusion: a very beautiful holiday home where you can simply relax or use as a starting point for numerous activities.
