The terraced house offers 80 sqm of space for 5 to max. 6 people plus possibly a toddler on a travel cot. The living space is distributed over 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a living-entrance area with a table and a sofa corner, a separate eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen leads to a covered furnished veranda with a brick laundry corner (washing machine, sink and drying rack).
Stairs in the living area lead to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with single bed), both with balcony, and a 2nd shower room. In the attic there is 1 sleeping alcove with 2 single beds (with door but no window). This door leads to an 18 sqm roof terrace with deck chairs.

The terraced house is centrally located in the small coastal town of San Vito Lo Capo, whose main street, Via Savoia, with bars, restaurants, and shops, is easily accessible on foot. Grocery shopping and restaurants are also nearby. San Vito Lo Capo is known for its beautiful light sandy beaches and the international Cous-Cous Festival, which has been held here every year in September since 1998. This specialty from North Africa made from durum wheat, barley, or millet is usually served with fish in its Sicilian variant.
Nature lovers will find the Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve nearby. Besides visiting the Sicilian capital, Palermo, a day trip to the south coast is also worthwhile, where the Greek temple sanctuary of Selinunte is located, the largest archaeological park in Europe. Other destinations easily accessible by car include, for example, the coastal city of Trapani, which has a ferry port to the Egadi Islands, or the picturesque town of Erice.
