The terraced house offers 80 sqm of space for 5 to max. 6 people plus possibly a toddler on a travel cot. The living space is distributed over 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a living-entrance area with a table and a sofa corner, a separate eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen leads to a covered furnished veranda with a brick laundry corner (washing machine, sink and drying rack).
Stairs in the living area lead to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with single bed), both with balcony, and a 2nd shower room. In the attic there is 1 sleeping alcove with 2 single beds (with door but no window). This door leads to an 18 sqm roof terrace with deck chairs.

The terraced house is centrally located in the small coastal town of San Vito Lo Capo, whose main street, the Via Savoia, with bars, restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance. Shopping facilities for groceries and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. San Vito Lo Capo is known for its beautiful bright beaches and the International Cous Cous Festival, held here every September since 1998. Nature lovers will find the Lo Zingaro nature reserve nearby.
