The chalet has 2 floors, a total living area of 112 sqm, 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places, fully air-conditioned, and 2 bathrooms. A separate kitchen with adjoining living/dining area, with a terrace, with a beautiful view of the golf course. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as well as a wonderful riding arena, a paddock, and a tennis court are just around the corner.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful, typical Andalusian cities such as Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Conil, Vejer de la Frontera, as well as the Roman archaeological site in Bolonia, Baelo Claudio, are very attractive excursion destinations and are nearby.
The 3000 year old university town, of Phoenician foundation, also has ancient Moorish and Roman history to tell. Cadiz is very cosmopolitan due to its location on the open ocean and its inhabitants are very friendly. Cadiz often shines in the sun like a silver cauldron; the coast is not called Costa de la Luz for nothing. Carnival is celebrated in Cadiz like in Venice or Cologne, a legacy of the Romans. Cadiz has the best tapa bars and the best fish restaurants!
A Moorish style theatre is also absolutely beautiful to visit, maybe you like flamenco or are an opera fan? It's worth it.

The Costa de la Luz is perhaps still the most natural coastal area in Andalusia, with beautiful beaches and authentic, Andalusian, relaxed life.
Over 300 sunny days a year, with an annual average temperature of 19°C.
Due to the breeze from the Atlantic, it doesn't get too hot near the sea, even in high summer.
On the contrary, the last hot summers in Western Europe were not as pleasant as on the Costa de la Luz.
It is close to many famous sights, such as the 3000 year old university city of Cadiz, Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar, Malaga and Cordoba.
