It consists on the 1st floor of: large living room with dining table and a comfortable sofa - kitchen with 4 burner gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven - Next to the living room: small bathroom - On the 2nd floor, accessible via a slightly steep staircase, are: bedroom with comfortable double bed and private bathroom with shower - second bedroom with 2 single beds (these can also be converted into a double bed if necessary) and private bathroom with shower. Large private outdoor area with table, chairs, garden and sea view. Vigna Luisa Resort is set in a large private park of 13 hectares, with ornamental plants, vineyards and olive groves and with beautiful views of the idyllic surroundings and the nearby sea. The holiday home offers magnificent panoramic views over the countryside, the vines and the sea, with unforgettable sunsets. Walking path (1.3 km long) within the resort, amidst vines and olive grove. Visiting Rome: Vigna Luisa Resort is the perfect place to visit Rome, the eternal city . Fast local trains take you from the nearby train station to the centre of Rome in about 22 minutes. Here you can relax in the countryside after your excursions to Rome and the sea and enjoy the idyllic countryside with its mild southern climate. Arrival: From Roma - Ciampino airport, drive in the direction of Genzano and Lanuvio. About 1 km after leaving Lanuvio on the right, you will find the sign "Resort Vigna Luisa". Turn right and after about 2 km you will reach the Vigna Luisa Resort.
