Kitchenette with TV, electric cooker (2 hobs), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Baby cot (please order when booking) on request 12,50 € per bed under 4 years per day.
