Relaxing days at the Baltic Sea in our comfortably furnished holiday home you will find the best conditions for this!!!
In our "roof-only house" you live on 2 levels with a total of 6 beds.
On the ground floor you will find the hallway, a storage room, the modern shower room, a combined living and dining room with a functional couch, Danish wood-burning cooker, 50-inch flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi and satellite connection, stereo system and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with refrigerator, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, of course, all the necessary household appliances (microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle, etc.) and sufficient crockery. In the garden house there is an additional 48 litre drinks fridge for the hot summer months.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with double bed, another room with 2 single beds) and a hallway with spacious built-in wardrobes. The south-west terrace directly in front of the house as well as our breakfast terrace with beach chair, a garden barbecue and cosy garden furniture invite you to linger.
Our large garden house offers space for bicycles, etc. that you have brought with you.
A parking space is located directly at the house. In the colder months, our Danish stove provides cosy comfort!

Please bring your own bed linen and towels. On request, we can provide you with a linen package for a fee of €12.50 per person.
Should there be a general tourist accommodation ban (lockdown) as in spring, we will cancel the rental contracts free of cancellation, as happened in spring from 17 March 2020 to 17 May 2020. Excluded from this regulation are travel bans from local risk areas according to the guidelines of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, which currently apply nationwide.

Our house is located in the middle of the holiday area.
the holiday park Ostseebad Damp is located directly on the Baltic Sea and is a popular holiday destination for families, singles and senior citizens. It is attractive because of the wide range of leisure and sports activities on offer, but also because of its scenic location.
The 3.5 km long beach is wonderfully fine-sanded and slopes gently into the Baltic Sea. The mild climate and salty air have a positive effect on body and soul. Some examples of Damper's leisure facilities:
Bowling, bowling alley, fun and sports centre, the "discovery pool" with Viking-style sauna village, playground and adventure playground, bicycle rental, boat rental, sailing and surfing school and Mare Mara vitality centre (wellness/sauna area).

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can withdraw from the lease up to 40 days before the agreed start of the rental period (arrival day). In this case, the tenant must pay 25% of the total rental price. If the tenant withdraws from the contract within the 40 days prior to the agreed start of the rental period, they must pay the agreed total rental price in full, unless they provide a replacement tenant under the same conditions. Further details can be found in §8 of the rental agreement conditions.
