New, stylish holiday villa with swimming pool and whirlpool, just 100m from Kamena beach in Tucepi.
Villa Aria offers all the prerequisites for an unforgettable vacation in Croatia on its 200m² of living space. The house is generously sized and modernly designed, allowing the holiday to begin as soon as you enter.
From the fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler and dining area featuring a large dining table to the exit to the terrace with a Weber gas grill and an additional dining area on the terrace, every detail is carefully crafted for your comfort. The spacious living room offers relaxation chairs and an extravagant sofa, providing the perfect setting to unwind with your favorite book and forget about time and everyday life.
On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Exit to the terrace and the swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and areas with lounge furniture. Enjoy your time by the heated swimming pool and in the whirlpool, surrounded by Mediterranean plants in the beautifully landscaped garden.
The 3 individually designed bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each featuring large double beds, air conditioning, and TVs, offering beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and mirror. Towels and bed linen are provided. Electric shutters are available in all rooms, along with air conditioning and satellite TV.
A garage for 2 cars and parking spaces directly at the fenced property are available. The sea and beach are only a 100m walk away. The center with a supermarket and restaurants is also within walking distance.
