Description

Wonderful flat in Hamburg on the ground floor of a newly built 2-family house.

This quiet 3-room flat has a living room and two bedrooms. Fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a round shower and of course a window

The living room is equipped with a sitting area with four chairs, sofa bed, LCD TV, stereo, satellite TV. DSL Wifi Internet is included in the rent !

The first bedroom has a large double bed and dressers, mirror, the second bedroom has two single beds.

Living room, hall, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The whole flat has underfloor heating.

The view from all windows is into the green. A parking space can be booked additionally. The flat is located in a quiet 30 km zone.

In the cellar there is a washing machine and a drying room.

It is a mature residential area with lots of green spaces, the large Oejendorf Park with its lake, thatched roof houses, paddocks, historic farms is not far from our holiday flats. It is an almost rural idyll in the middle of Hamburg. There are two underground trains - the one directly to the harbour, the city hall, the Hamburg trade fair, Hagenbeck, etc. - at your disposal. Hamburg-Messe, Hagenbeck etc. - and several bus lines

The motorway A 1 to the Baltic Sea, the A 24 to Berlin and the A 25 towards Lueneburg, Geesthacht can be reached in only 4 minutes by car from this flat in Hamburg !

Quiet as in the countryside

The holiday apartment is super equipped, lovingly furnished, and very clean.

The landlords are very friendly. We felt comfortable. The comfortable beds as well as the quiet location contributed to this; subways and buses are just a few minutes' walk away and you can reach Hamburg city center in 15 minutes.

We will come back.

Cannot be better.

We can recommend this beautiful vacation apartment to anyone. It is very clean and well-maintained, and we lacked nothing.

Quiet and well-kept location in a cul-de-sac, yet only 14 minutes by subway to the center of Hamburg.

Beautiful days spent

A very nice holiday flat. We felt at home right away. We also received a warm welcome straight away

The location of the flat is central and very quiet, so everything is easily and quickly accessible.

The flat is perfect for a city trip and also for a business trip.

Of the many holiday homes I have stayed in, this was by far the best

The location, the furnishings and the many lovely details of the flat are just perfect! Although it is only a few minutes to the city centre, you live quietly like in the countryside. The hostess was also very friendly. The price-performance ratio is simply top! We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung

The landlady welcomed us very warmly, everything went smoothly. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything. The washing machine and drying room in the basement were very advantageous since we were traveling with young children. Satellite TV and internet worked very fast.

The apartment in the residential area of Hamburg is ideal for those who want to enjoy some peace and quiet after touring the city. Only 12 minutes to the tourist highlights. We had very nice contact with the landlady and received good tips for our stay in Hamburg and the surrounding area - We will definitely come back.

Gladly again

We had a great week in this vacation rental, it looks even better than in the photos.

Very quiet holiday apartment with lots of nature in the surroundings and very good connection to Hamburg city center within about 15 minutes. Two subways and buses stop nearby. An Edeka supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is very clean, spacious, lovingly decorated, and cozy. The living kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. The landlady is very nice and explains everything that is important for the stay in Hamburg.

We will book this accommodation again next year, as we felt very comfortable here.

Perfect!

An apartment to fall in love with. The landlady always responded quickly and friendly to emails and calls!

One can only say about the apartment: Top location, top furnishings, top view of greenery, top kitchen. The underground and bus connections were also very good (3 minutes walk), so a car was completely unnecessary in Hamburg! All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation in Hamburg, which, as mentioned, was largely due to the apartment. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday apartment!

Highly recommended

We really liked the apartment. Everything we needed for everyday life was available, nothing was missing, and we could ask the landlady for help at any time. We also received many good tips for excursions to the nearby Öjendorfer Park and lake.

The holiday apartment is very nicely located in Hamburg, but you are not so exposed to the hustle and bustle of the big city and still well connected to visit all Hamburg attractions. It is very spacious and well-maintained. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and hope to be able to vacation there again soon.

Perfekter Urlaub

My husband and our two children stayed in this great holiday apartment for two weeks. Tastefully furnished and very quiet and idyllic location. The large kitchen is well-equipped and we didn't miss anything.

We were able to leave the car because there are two subways and several bus connections nearby. The Edeka store opposite is really great.

The quiet residential area is perfect for walks in nature. Highly recommended.

We will come back again.
