Wonderful flat in Hamburg on the ground floor of a newly built 2-family house.
This quiet 3-room flat has a living room and two bedrooms. Fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a round shower and of course a window
The living room is equipped with a sitting area with four chairs, sofa bed, LCD TV, stereo, satellite TV. DSL Wifi Internet is included in the rent !
The first bedroom has a large double bed and dressers, mirror, the second bedroom has two single beds.
Living room, hall, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The whole flat has underfloor heating.
The view from all windows is into the green. A parking space can be booked additionally. The flat is located in a quiet 30 km zone.
In the cellar there is a washing machine and a drying room.

The flats are located in Hamburg's greenest and quietest district Oejendorf. It is a mature residential area with lots of green spaces, the large Oejendorf Park with its lake, thatched roof houses, paddocks, historic farms is not far from our holiday flats. It is an almost rural idyll in the middle of Hamburg. There are two underground trains - the one directly to the harbour, the city hall, the Hamburg trade fair, Hagenbeck, etc. - at your disposal. Hamburg-Messe, Hagenbeck etc. - and several bus lines
The motorway A 1 to the Baltic Sea, the A 24 to Berlin and the A 25 towards Lueneburg, Geesthacht can be reached in only 4 minutes by car from this flat in Hamburg !

Beautiful days spent
A very nice holiday flat. We felt at home right away. We also received a warm welcome straight away
The location of the flat is central and very quiet, so everything is easily and quickly accessible.
The flat is perfect for a city trip and also for a business trip.
For our next stay in Hamburg, this flat will definitely be the first place to stay again.

Of the many holiday homes I have stayed in, this was by far the best
The location, the furnishings and the many lovely details of the flat are just perfect! Although it is only a few minutes to the city centre, you live quietly like in the countryside. The hostess was also very friendly. The price-performance ratio is simply top! We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay here again.
Definitely recommended!

Schöne Wohnung
Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, alles problemlos. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr vorteilhaft war die Waschmaschine und der Trockenraum im Keller, da wir mit kleinen Kinder reisten. Fernsehen per Sat und Internet funktionierte rasend schnell.
Die Wohnung in der Eigenheimsiedlung von Hamburg ist ideal für alle, die sich nach der Tour duch die Großstadt auch etwas Ruhe gönnen möchten. Nur 12 Minuten zu den touristischen Höhepunkten.
Mit der Vermieterin hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt und erhielten gute Tips für unseren Aufenthalt in Hamburg und Umgebung - Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Gerne wieder
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Fewo verbracht, sie sieht noch besser aus als auf den Fotos.
Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Natur in der Umgebung und sehr guter Anbindung innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten zur Hamburger City. Zwei U-Bahnen und Busse halten in der Nähe. Ein Edeka ist 3 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß, liebevoll dekoriert und gemütlich. In der Wohnküche ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und erklärt alles, was für den Aufenthalt in Hamburg wichtig ist.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder diese Unterkunft buchen, da wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Perfect!
An apartment to fall in love with. The landlady always responded quickly and friendly to emails and calls!
One can only say about the apartment: Top location, top furnishings, top view of greenery, top kitchen. The underground and bus connections were also very good (3 minutes walk), so a car was completely unnecessary in Hamburg! All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation in Hamburg, which, as mentioned, was largely due to the apartment. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday apartment!

Sehr empfehlenswert
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag braucht, es fehlte an nichts und wir konnten die Vermieterin auch jederzeit um Hilfe bitten. Wir haben auch viele gute Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge zu den nahen Öjendorfer Park und See.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön in Hamburg gelegen, man aber dem Großstadttrubel nicht so ausgesetzt und trotzdem gut verbunden um alle Hamburger Attraktionen zu besuchen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder dort Urlaub machen können.

Perfekter Urlaub
Mein Mann und unsere beiden Kinder waren für zwei Wochen in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Die grosse Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst.
Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen, weil gleich in der Nähe zwei U-Bahnen und mehrere Busverbindungen sind. Der Edeka-Laden gegenüber ist echt Klasse.
Die ruhige Wohnumgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen in der Natur ein. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

Zufrieden
Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut geschnitten und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Neubaus in einer ruhigen Sackgasse.
Bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Schritte, bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, Restaurants usw nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Wohnung fanden wir alles vor, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Großstadt braucht. Sehr gute Betten und herrlich warme Füsse durch Fussbodenheizung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ruhige Lage wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt
Die Vermieterin hat uns in dieser stilvollen, gemütlichen, ruhig und doch nah zur City gelegenen Ferienwohnung sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist komplett und perfekt eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und schön. Viele nützliche Informationen liegen bereit.
