You will stay in the Nachtstern holiday flat on the first floor of the lovingly renovated Villa Helga in a central location in Zinnowitz. It is only about 700 metres to the beach. The flat is 42 sqm and is equipped with modern furniture. It was completely renovated in 2019. It offers a total of four sleeping places. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2x90x200). In the separate veranda, which can be darkened, there is a sofa bed (150x200). In the living room there is a modern kitchen. The floors are covered with rustic vinyl. In the modern bathroom there is a wellness shower for pampering. The flat has its own parking space and bicycle storage. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening with the barbecue and a fire bowl. The equipment of the Nachtstern holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. This includes free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, bio fireplace, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more.
There are two further accommodation units in the villa with a total of 10 additional sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

Zinnowitz is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The centrally located "Bernsteintherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There are cultural attractions for every taste. Just mention the fantastic open-air theatre show "Vineta" or the spa concerts on the promenade.
The boutiques and shops within walking distance invite you to shop extensively. Cafes and restaurants in a beautiful location offer a wide range of dishes to suit every palate.

Vacation Apartment Happiness in Zinnowitz
The holiday apartment is located directly on a heavily trafficked federal road, which was known, but still very loud.
Sleeping with the window open is impossible.
The parking situation is a disaster. There is only a very narrow courtyard available, which is supposed to have space for 4 vehicles. Fortunately, during our stay, only 3 apartments were occupied. Still very cramped and every time a struggle to park. We thought twice about whether we really go out more often than necessary.
The advertisement mentioned a terrace that belongs to the apartment. That's really a joke. For 2 adjacent apartments, a total of 4 garden chairs and a table were carelessly placed in this courtyard. You practically sit on display and next to the apartment neighbors, or directly in front of their kitchen window. Privacy is zero.
Additionally, a grill was indicated for use. The emphasis is on a grill. It was intended for all 4 apartments. Also not nice.
The apartment itself is modernly furnished, but without any coziness. The equipment is very minimalist. Not even soup plates or larger bowls were available.
In the second bedroom, the so-called guest room, there is only a bed that fills the entire (small) room. None of this was evident from the great listing. For us, the accommodation was a big disappointment. Only Usedom, the great landscape and nature compensated us for it.
I really cannot recommend the apartment.

vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung und die offenen Worte zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung *Glück* in Zinnowitz. Es tut mir sehr leid zu hören, dass Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden und Sie die Unterkunft insgesamt als enttäuschend empfunden haben.
Die Lage der Wohnung an der Bundesstraße ist in der Objektadresse klar benannt – dennoch kann ich nachvollziehen, dass die tatsächliche Lärmsituation vor Ort als belastend wahrgenommen wird. Hier sind die individuellen Empfindungen unterschiedlich, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster.
Die Parksituation im Innenhof stellt in der Tat aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten eine Herausforderung dar. Dass dies zu wiederholtem Unmut geführt hat, bedauere ich ausdrücklich. Gleiches gilt für die Terrassensituation – diese ist als gemeinsame Fläche konzipiert und dient mehreren Wohneinheiten. Ihre Hinweise zur fehlenden Privatsphäre nehme ich sehr ernst und werde dies im Hinblick auf die Darstellung in der Objektbeschreibung sowie mögliche gestalterische Verbesserungen intern prüfen.
Was die Ausstattung betrifft, hätten wir uns über eine direkte Rückmeldung während Ihres Aufenthaltes sehr gefreut. Bei Beanstandungen – insbesondere zur Küchenausstattung oder zur Möblierung – hätten wir umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen. Eine Nachrüstung entsprechender Küchenutensilien wird veranlasst.
Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre sachliche Rückmeldung, auch wenn sie für uns nicht erfreulich ist. Nur durch Hinweise wie Ihre können wir gezielt an Verbesserungen arbeiten. Es würde mich freuen, wenn Sie der Insel Usedom und vielleicht auch einem unserer anderen Objekte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmals eine Chance geben würden.

More Bad than Good
Unfortunately very disappointed?
Cleanliness was a disaster. Mattresses bloody and full of hair.
Since the house is on the street, every day the night ended at 5 a.m.
Parking situation very cramped.
For us, it was the first and last time.

Wir werden dies umgehend mit unserer Reinigungsfirma besprechen, um sicherzustellen, dass solche Probleme nicht erneut auftreten. Es wäre schön gewesen, dass Sie uns dies bei der Anreise mitgeteilt hätten. Dann hätte die Reinigunsfirma die Wohnung nochmal nachgereinigt.
Auch die Anmerkungen zur Parkplatzsituation und der Lärmbelästigung nehmen wir sehr ernst. Wir bedauern, dass dies Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Leider können wir die Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht ändern..
