The villa is located in the tourist village of Medulin. Thanks to the location of the modern villa, you are well hidden from large crowds of tourists and on the other hand everything is within reach. The air-conditioned property is equipped, among other things, with 10 comfortable double bed/bedrooms and 4 single beds, divided over 2 floors, which is connected with an external staircase. On the first floor there is a billiard room. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the sensational outdoor area with 2 swimming pools, one of which is also a heated whirlpool. Surrounded by metre-high palm trees, you will also find the exclusive garden furniture, including shaded sun beds, deck chairs, dining area and an outdoor barbecue/grill. Location and surroundings of object
The well-known seaside resort of Medulin is situated on the southern tip of Istria with a wonderfully indented, long coastline and is also surrounded by a chain of small islands. The 1 km shallow sandy beach Bijeca is said to be the most beautiful beach in Istria - especially suitable for families with children. Right next to the palm-lined promenade are the two amusement parks Familypark and Lunapark. Especially in the evening hours, the promenade is a crowd puller.

Very satisfied
The accommodation was perfectly equipped for our group of 16 people (6 couples and 4 singles). Each couple or individual had their own room. The two pools were extensively used and invited to relax and refresh.
The additional drink fridge was perfect for constantly providing cool drinks of all kinds. All in all, we had a great holiday in the accommodation.

Unfortunately lacking in many areas.
Unfortunately, the house did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. Upon our arrival, there was no hot water, and the heated pool was only turned on on our second day, needing several days to reach a comfortable temperature. The kitchen, as well as its equipment, was not suited for our group size of 24 people. Several items were missing, such as plates, cutlery, baking dishes... However, the owner promptly supplied these. He also provided a vacuum cleaner, hand broom, and a large trash can upon request in the first three days. Due to the stair railing, we would advise against staying with small children. Some of the showers did not drain after the third day. We were told that this is normal and that we simply needed to clean the drain. The defective television on the ground floor was not replaced as announced during our stay.

Bezüglich des warmen Wassers war dies ein vorübergehendes Problem, das schnell gelöst wurde. Es ist üblich, dass beheizte Pools einige Zeit benötigen, um die optimale Temperatur zu erreichen, was für alle Pools dieser Art standard ist. Manchmal können wir leider Situationen nicht im Voraus vorhersehen, aber wir haben uns bemüht, sie schnell zu lösen.
Was die Küche und die Ausstattung betrifft, so bemühen wir uns, ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien für große Gruppen wie Ihre bereitzustellen. Jegliche Mängel in der Ausstattung haben wir sofort behoben, sobald wir von Ihnen informiert wurden.
Für kleine Kinder empfehlen wir immer Vorsicht, insbesondere in der Nähe von Treppen. Was den Fernseher betrifft, ist es uns wirklich nicht klar, worum es geht, da alle unsere Fernseher funktionieren.
Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback und werden es nutzen, um unseren Service für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern. Wir hoffen, dass wir die Gelegenheit haben werden, Sie erneut zu beherbergen und Ihnen ein besseres Erlebnis zu bieten.
