"Hoamad" af time - eco house newly built with high quality materials.
Holidays in the "hoamad" af Zeit in the Bavarian Forest in the beautiful village of Warzenried,
a little bit away from paradise.
Live in a newly built house for 9 people, 220 sqm living space, with lots of nature all around and yet within 7 minutes walking distance in the village.
Relax on leather furniture by Koinor and enjoy the magnificent view of the Bavarian Forest mountains..
Sleep in box spring beds from renowned German manufacturers, divided into 5 bedrooms with
1 family bed, 2 double rooms, 1 single room and 1 double room with separate beds..
For the well-being side, we have a full bathroom with whirlpool tub with wellness shower and WC, two separate wellness showers accessible at ground level and 2 extra WC's all equipped with Tadelact and sanitary ware from Villeroy&Boch.
You can eat in the stainless steel kitchen or if you don't feel like it, there are 2 inns, a hotel and a pizza pick-up service in the village, all good and affordable and within walking distance.
And there's plenty to do in your free time..
Well-signposted hiking and cycling trails with crossings into the neighbouring Czech Republic, where "fox and hare still say good night" are waiting for you. Whether you are on your way by bike, motorised or not, or on foot - the Bavarian Forest or Bohemian Forest awaits you.
After the exertion, a good snack and a beer await you at the hut (Berghaus Hoher Bogen, Berghaus Schönblick or Berghütte Korab - 1 hour away from the house by e-bike).
Skiing is possible on the Hoher Bogen (7km) and on the Arber (35km) when there is snow.
In summer you can swim in the Drachensee (7km), in the Naturbad Neukirchen b.Hl.Blut (7km) or in the Perlsee (35km). If you don't like the lake, you can go to the indoor/outdoor swimming pools in Furth, Lam or Bad Kötzting.
Those interested in culture can visit the mummies in Klatovy or try their hand at glassblowing. Numerous events and festivals and much more are held here.
Everyone is welcome here - families, mountain bikers with or without motor, singles, bikers, sportsmen... Mia gfrein uns..
