Welcome to our Villa Dalma with private pool in Fažana.
Spend a relaxing holiday surrounded with modern, pleasant design and large terraces, ideal for the whole family or friends. Villa Dalma offers a relaxing holiday for a total of 8 +1 guests in Fažana on the western coast of Istria. When you enter the ground floor of the magnificent villa, a large living room in light earth tones with exotic details, a small bar and lots of light coming through glass doors from the garden await you.
From here you look out to the fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to the interestingly styled (a chandelier of forks and spoons), very modern dining room. This room is very bright, framed in glass doors, and looks directly onto the garden with its enchanting private pool. On the first floor are 4 pleasant bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and large split terraces. The gem of this villa is the beautiful flat rooftop area with wonderful views of the nearby Brijuni islands. Here, 10 sun loungers await you, inviting you to sunbathe and relax. Of course, there is also plenty of space in the garden and on other terraces where you can prepare delicious meals for family and friends with the barbecue that is available. The villa is located in a quiet area near Fazana.
Spend a wonderful beach holiday in Fazana in a holiday home in Croatia by the sea. Fazana has always fascinated holidaymakers with its fantastic nature and pleasant climate, but apart from the tranquillity and picturesque beaches of the charming town, there is also a wide range of leisure activities to choose from. The beaches in the area offer, as a rule, good access to the sea and some are even equipped with showers - these beaches are particularly popular if you are planning a family holiday in Istria and one or two beaches are also suitable for a holiday with a dog in Croatia. In addition to extended beach days, you should not miss visiting the Brijuni archipelago, which has been a national park since 1983. Discovering the Brijuni Islands on holiday in Istria in Fazana can also be called the land of national parks, because throughout the country you will find eight national parks and eleven nature parks. The island national park Brijuni has a size of 33.9 square kilometres and can be reached by boats and ships from Pula or Fazana. The 14 offshore islands can be admired from the water on a boat trip or you can take a longer excursion and head to the islands to see the diverse wildlife as well as the unique sights up close. The heritage of history, the Brijuni Islands National Park, includes the former residence, the Church of St. Germanus, the Tito Museum with a memorial room for Kupelwieser, the Byzantine Castrum and the Roman Villa, as well as natural beauties such as an olive tree from pre-Christian times and the Pinus Pinea avenue. Dream vacation in Fazana
The house is in very good condition. It was very clean, and fortunately, there are also cleaning supplies and utensils in the house to keep it clean during a longer stay.
The pool was pleasantly cool at the beginning of September. There is plenty of shade and loungers around the pool.
Air conditioning in all rooms works well.
There are two refrigerators (a built-in refrigerator and a freestanding double-door one) in the kitchen, which was very good for us. The dishes are quite mixed, but they are of high quality and there is plenty of them available; both the dishwasher and washing machine work well.
All bathrooms were impeccable.
The rooftop terrace is huge with a good view, although it is virtually unusable without shade because it gets much too hot during the day. We still enjoyed the view in the early evening.
The walk to the beach takes about 15-20 minutes on foot, once you know which way to go. There are some fences on the route that Google Maps suggests, so you have to orient yourself first. We mostly drove 2 minutes by car to the beach because we have 2 small children and carry a lot of stuff.
The beach in Fazana is great and highly recommended.
Around the corner from the villa is a great restaurant (Konoba Ulika) that we often visited - highly recommended.
