Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr Zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren hier drei Nächte und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut, würde diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Es war sehr schön. Die Fewo hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Obwohl wir nur eine Woche da waren haben wir uns gut erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very quiet and relaxing. About 300 meters from the beach, beautiful terrace with a small garden. We could sleep very, very well in the beds. When parking in the underground garage, an SUV cannot exit. Maximum height of 1.50m and max. weight of 2 tons. So, a Passat Variant still works, but larger vehicles won't fit in the underground garage.

The holiday apartment is cozy. The furnishings are good. The mattresses are comfortable. It's not far to the beach. The terrace is large. We had a very nice vacation in Niendorf. The only thing that bothered us was the parking space in the underground garage. The car must not be higher than 1.50 m. This was not apparent when booking through Booking.com. Our car was higher, so we could not park our car in the underground garage. Parking spaces in Niendorf where one can stay for a longer time are not available in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, the bicycle storage room can only be accessed from the underground garage via a steep ramp. This is very cumbersome with heavy e-bikes. It would also be nice if there were a parking space for loading and unloading on the premises.

Everything to our satisfaction. The only downside would be that there is an underground parking space available, which was fine. However, there are no parking spaces in the vicinity for loading and unloading luggage. Carrying luggage through the stairwell of the underground parking garage is a nuisance. Despite the time limit for parking in the designated loading and unloading spaces for vacationers, these are unfortunately occupied by long-term parkers, which is of course not your fault. It was a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Everything was to our satisfaction. The only negative point is that there is a parking space in the underground car park, which was fine. However, there are no parking spaces in the immediate vicinity for loading and unloading luggage. The transport of the luggage via the staircase of the underground car park is an imposition.
Despite parking time limits, the parking spaces intended for loading and unloading for holidaymakers are unfortunately occupied by long-term parkers
