Description
The holiday flat is located on the middle floor of a 3-storey residential building (new construction 2003) on a hill. It is close to the centre of the village and the beach of Avsallar: Both can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
It is very bright (south-facing) and has covered balconies all around with an unobstructed view of a meadow, partly also of the sea.
The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a fold-out sofa for 2 persons, a bathroom with WC and bathtub (with shower, thermostatic mixer and bath seat) and a large American kitchen-cum-living-room that leaves hardly anything to be desired: From the large fridge/freezer to the 4-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, electric oven and washing machine, you will find just about everything you would be used to at home for a whole family in terms of kitchen equipment.
The kitchen-living room and bedroom are air-conditioned (one air-conditioner each, also with heating function) and both have SAT-TV (all German channels and also Turksat).
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are plentifully available.
Long-term rentals at favourable conditions are possible.

Great holiday
Very cosy, bright holiday flat, well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen utensils, towels, bath towels, etc.
The location of the flat is very nice, with an unobstructed view in all directions.
Avsallar is a very cosy little town, with countless shopping possibilities,
and a very lively street life, with very cosy street cafes.
The farmer's market on Wednesdays is highly recommended.
We will definitely rent the flat again.

Very beautiful holiday
We (my daughter and I) stayed in this flat for 17 days and we really liked it.
As soon as we entered the flat, it had a homely atmosphere that just invited us to feel at home
The flat was clean and there were a number of things to do. From board games to books, which we also liked.
There was everything you needed for everyday life and supermarkets as well as restaurants were nearby
We had to walk a bit longer to get to a place on the beach with sunbeds, but it was well worth it for a day at the beach. (Due to the heat, the walk might have seemed longer than it actually was)
All in all, it was a super nice holiday.
If we had any questions, we would have had a contact person at any time, but we didn't need one
We can only recommend the flat!
