Smaller cottage beautifully located on a quiet road in Bisnap close to Hals. Kitchen from 2022 in open connection with the living room and access to a south/west-facing covered terrace. There is an air/air heat pump, which can heat the house on cool spring and autumn days. The house does not have a TV package installed, but it is possible to stream your own TV packages and streaming services via Chromecast. The house also contains an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and two good bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed respectively. The house is equipped with a Schneider EVLink Wall Smart T2S (7/22kW, TE key) charging station for electric cars. It also has a Bosch Tronic 4500 T 100 electric water heater with electronic display and a new model Panasonic air/air heat pump HZ25ZKE for efficient heating and cooling. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Clean and modern, partly like new furnishings (kitchen and bathroom). Well-equipped kitchen. The terrace needs renovation, tripping hazard due to already rotten and sunken floorboards. The grill looks unusable, grill grate rusted, partly broken. Nevertheless, a great house, quiet location, and the beach is easily reachable on foot.

We had a lovely time at this cottage! The kitchen is brand new and had everything we needed for cooking, Streaming our favorite shows via Chromecast in the evenings was a nice touch, The terrace is perfect for relaxing with a good book,

Recommendations: Hals Harbor is very nice, with a playground. The ice cream tastes great and there are some good restaurants. Hou Harbor, slightly smaller but also worth a trip for ice cream or coffee. Aalborg, the next largest city with many shopping and dining options.
