This attractively located holiday home near Koldkær offers a bright and well-maintained retreat in a quiet coastal setting. The property is regularly renovated, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Inside, you’ll find an entrance hallway with a wardrobe, a small bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed and ample storage. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi and Apple TV allow streaming of your favorite content, while a climate-friendly air-to-air heat pump in the living area keeps the home comfortable year-round. In addition, a separate annex on the property provides two extra sleeping spaces as an alternative option. Please note that the annex is uninsulated and has no electricity, making it unsuitable for cooler months; outside the summer season, the home is therefore suitable for up to four guests. The 1,250 m² natural plot is perfect for outdoor activities, with trees, open spaces for ball games, and a variety of play equipment for children, including a playhouse, slide, and garden trampoline (use at own risk). With its combination of indoor comfort, outdoor space, and proximity to the coast, this holiday home is an ideal setting for a relaxing family getaway. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services.
