The house is super equipped, everything you need is there. The only downside is the TV. Here it is only possible to watch your own streaming services via Google Chrome; if you don't have any, it looks bad. But you can manage without a TV. The house has a sauna, which was locked, maybe it will be available for guests in winter? All in all, a great house, many terraces, many sleeping options, but there is little storage space for personal belongings. The 300m to the sea is accurate, but you can't get to the sea there. You have to drive a short distance by car or bike to reach a swim-friendly beach. Recommendations: The harbor is always worth a trip; there is delicious soft ice cream here. The Aalborg Zoo is also not far away, but it wasn't worth it for us, little species-appropriate housing with overpriced admission. Skagen or Frederikshavn is also always worth seeing.
