Description
The fenced property, approximately 1000 m² in size, is located in a very quiet hillside position with numerous terraces and seating areas, offering a lot of privacy. Thus, a sunny or shady spot can be found almost any time of the year. From the pool terrace with a private pool, as well as from the main terrace and also from the living area, you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the harbor entrance of Denia. A carport parking space on the property is available for use. On one level in the house, the following rooms are available for your use:

Additional equipment features:

Laundry packages consisting of bed linen, bath towel, and hand towel can be rented on site for 20 euros per package and person. Guests need to bring their own pool and beach towels.
The cleaning fee is mandatory and amounts to 130 euros.
A deposit of 300 euros is required and will be refunded after deducting any possibly incurred heating costs. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and water consumption are included in the usual amounts.
In the winter months, the house can be heated with a gas heater. Heating costs are charged according to consumption.
Arrival can be arranged individually, except in July and August, when it is only on Saturday.

Dream vacation in Dénia – Absolutely recommended!
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful holiday home in Dénia. From the first minute, we felt completely comfortable. The house is excellently equipped, extremely well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxed and unforgettable vacation.
The location is simply perfect – quietly situated to unwind, yet the beach, the harbor, and the great gastronomy of Dénia can be reached in just a few minutes by car. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the outdoor area, ideal for cozy evenings as well.
A big thank you also to the hosts for the warm hospitality and the smooth handling. We will definitely be happy to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home! 5 out of 5 stars!

Dream villa – clean, quiet, perfect
We were absolutely thrilled – everything was top! This villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The entire house and the grounds were super clean and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful peace, the pool, and the great view. The location is simply ideal: the beautiful Denia is practically just around the corner, and the beaches are also very quickly accessible. Everything was just right. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Denia....Just denial :-)
We really enjoyed our time in Denia, even though the weather was not always optimal. In the house, you can also enjoy the time in bad weather, comfortably by the fireplace with a view of the stormy sea. The house itself actually has everything you need, just like in a normal apartment at home, especially regarding the kitchen equipment; there is really everything from a blender, mixer, baking dishes, and really enough dishes and cutlery available. In some other apartments, there were only 4 plates and 4 sets of cutlery, so you have to run the dishwasher every time or wash up. Here, everything is enough for 4 people for 2 days.
So, for self-caterers who like to cook, it's great; the stove and oven were clean and did what they were supposed to.
Otherwise, at least on foot, there are hardly any or no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Walking is only possible on the streets and is not particularly recommended; one needs a car, and with that, we had an ideal combination of relaxation at home and many different sights between Valencia and Alicante.
Briefly about the house itself, the garden invites you to relax when the weather is nice; otherwise, you can also enjoy the day or evening without wind in the winter garden/ponch with heating. Unfortunately, we could not use the swimming pool, but it was clean and regularly maintained by the pool service.
The beds and bedrooms were good and equipped with German TV, bathroom, and guest toilet, just as expected.
The utility room in the basement with washing machine and dryer is also nice; you don't have to take too much clothing with you, as you can wash and dry properly. The on-site support was exemplary; we had already discussed everything with the owner, Mr. Berger, beforehand, how everything works. We had informed the property management about our late arrival around 11 PM, and everything worked perfectly. We will come back :-)

Super great holiday home with super location
We have already rented this vacation apartment for two years, 2024 and 2025, simply great, everything super, great location.
Unfortunately, we cannot go this year due to family reasons and have to travel to Italy; otherwise, we would have booked again.

Perfect accommodation in Denia
We were allowed to spend three wonderful weeks in this fantastic house in Dénia, and it was simply beautiful!
The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and furnished with great attention to detail. You could immediately tell that there was a lot of heart and thought put into it.
The hosts and everyone involved were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to the beach, city, and everything you need for a vacation.
For us, it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy, and recharge.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and are already looking forward to the next time!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, und dennoch erreicht man den Strand, den Hafen und die tolle Gastronomie von Dénia in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Terrasse und den Außenbereich, ideal auch für gemütliche Abende.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Gastgeber für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die reibungslose Abwicklung. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 5 von 5 Sternen!
Das Haus selber hat eigentlich wirlkich alles was man braucht, wie in einer normalen Wohnung zu Hause, gerade in Bezug auf die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich alles vom Pürierstab, Mixer, Auflaufformen und wirklich genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. In manchen anderen Wohnungen gab es nur 4 Teller und 4 x Besteck, da muss man jedes mal die Spülmaschine laufen lassen, oder aufwaschen. Hier reicht alles für 4 Personen, 2 Tage.
Also, für Selbstversorger, die gerne kochen, top, auch der Herd und Ofen waren sauber und machten dass, was sie sollten.
Ansonsten sind zu Fuss zumindest, kaum oder keine Gaststätten in der näheren Umgebung. Auch Spazierengehen geht nur über die Straßen und ist nicht besonders empfehlenswert, man benötigt ein Auto, und damit hatten wir eine ideale Kombination von Erholung im Haus und ganz vielen unterschiedlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zwischen Valencia und Alicante.
Nochmal kurz zum Haus selbst, der Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein, wenn das Wetter stimmt, ansonsten kann man auch im Wintergarten / Ponch, den Tag oder Abend ohne Wind mit Heizung genießen. Den Swimmingpool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, er war aber sauber und wurde vom Poolservice regelmäßig gereinigt.
Betten und Schlafzimmer waren gut und mit deutschem TV, Badezimmer und Gästetoilette, so wie man es erwartet.
Schön ist auch der Hauswirtschaftsraum im Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, man muss dann nicht zu viel an Kleidung mitnehmen, da man vernünftig waschen und trocknen kann.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war beispielhaft, schon vorher hatten wir alles mit dem Eigentümer, Herr Berger, besprochen, wie alles funktioniert, die Hausverwaltung hatten wir über unsere späte Anreise gegen 23 Uhr informiert, und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir kommen wieder :-)
Leider können wir dieses Jahr nicht wegen Familiengründen und müssen nach italien teisen sonst hätten wir wieder gebucht.
Das Haus war makellos sauber, top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier mit Herz und Verstand gearbeitet wird.
Die Gastgeber und alle Beteiligten waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah zu Strand, Stadt und allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht.
Für uns war es der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und Auftanken.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!
Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben nichts vermisst!
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber!
Der Garten ist schön angelegt und alles ist super gepflegt. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der große beleuchtete Pool der auch immer top war!
Der Meerblick von den Terrassen ( es gibt mehrere) ist absolut traumhaft, sogar vom Sofa aus schaut man durch ein großes Panorama Fenster aufs Meer!
Der Strand und das Zentrum von Denia sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen !
Die Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles!
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem bestückt, die Schlafzimmer haben gute Betten, das Bad ist schön groß und es gibt ein Gäste WC. Der Wohn/Essbereich lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein und ein absolutes Highlight ist das große Panoramafenster mit Ausblick auf das Meer! An kühleren Tagen hatten wir es durchgehend warm, dank der guten Heizung und dem Kamin. Der Kamin sorgt für Gemütlichkeit.
Die Porche bietet einen tollen Meerblick, und für zwei Arbeitsplätze hatten wir ausreichend Platz.
Man kann hier auch einfach nur in einem der bequemen Sessel sitzen und ein Buch lesen.
Das komplette Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat genügend Platz für vier Personen.
Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und schön weitläufig. Ein sonniger Platz lässt sich immer finden, und durch die vielen Außenmöbel kann man sich hier gut entspannen. Die große Terrasse bietet einen unbezahlbaren Meerblick bzw. einen Blick auf Denia.
Nicht zu vergessen ist der untere Garten mit Zitronenbaum, Grapefruit - und Orangenbaum.
Die Lage haben wir als sehr gut empfunden, weil wir in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt, am Meer in Les Rotes oder beim Supermarkt sein konnten. Ausflüge in die Berge oder in andere Orte (z.B. nach Javea oder Moraira) sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Spaziergang zum Meer nach Les Rotes dauert etwa eine halbe Stunde. Restaurants gibt es ausreichend in Denia, in einige davon durfte unser Hund uns begleiten. Alles in allem ist die Villa Esplendido eine absolute Empfehlung für eine tolle Zeit im schönen Denia!
