Description
The fenced property, approximately 1000 m² in size, is located in a very quiet hillside position with numerous terraces and seating areas, offering a lot of privacy. Thus, a sunny or shady spot can be found almost any time of the year. From the pool terrace with a private pool, as well as from the main terrace and also from the living area, you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the harbor entrance of Denia. A carport parking space on the property is available for use. On one level in the house, the following rooms are available for your use:

Additional equipment features:
Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room. - and bedrooms, garden furniture and pool loungers, charcoal grill, German TV, WiFi
Laundry packages consisting of bed linen, bath towel, and hand towel can be rented on site for 20 euros per package and person. Guests need to bring their own pool and beach towels.
The cleaning fee is mandatory and amounts to 130 euros.
A deposit of 300 euros is required and will be refunded after deducting any possibly incurred heating costs. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and water consumption are included in the usual amounts.
In the winter months, the house can be heated with a gas heater. Heating costs are charged according to consumption.
Arrival can be arranged individually, except in July and August, when it is only on Saturday.

Villa Esplendido is located in Denia, northern Costa Blanca, on the slope of the Montgo mountain at an altitude of approx. 100 metres. The distance to the harbour and the old town of Denia is approx. 2.5 km.

Denia....Just denial :-)
We really enjoyed our time in Denia, even though the weather was not always optimal. In the house, you can also enjoy the time in bad weather, comfortably by the fireplace with a view of the stormy sea. The house itself actually has everything you need, just like in a normal apartment at home, especially regarding the kitchen equipment; there is really everything from a blender, mixer, baking dishes, and really enough dishes and cutlery available. In some other apartments, there were only 4 plates and 4 sets of cutlery, so you have to run the dishwasher every time or wash up. Here, everything is enough for 4 people for 2 days.
So, for self-caterers who like to cook, it's great; the stove and oven were clean and did what they were supposed to.
Otherwise, at least on foot, there are hardly any or no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Walking is only possible on the streets and is not particularly recommended; one needs a car, and with that, we had an ideal combination of relaxation at home and many different sights between Valencia and Alicante.
Briefly about the house itself, the garden invites you to relax when the weather is nice; otherwise, you can also enjoy the day or evening without wind in the winter garden/ponch with heating. Unfortunately, we could not use the swimming pool, but it was clean and regularly maintained by the pool service.
The beds and bedrooms were good and equipped with German TV, bathroom, and guest toilet, just as expected.
The utility room in the basement with washing machine and dryer is also nice; you don't have to take too much clothing with you, as you can wash and dry properly. The on-site support was exemplary; we had already discussed everything with the owner, Mr. Berger, beforehand, how everything works. We had informed the property management about our late arrival around 11 PM, and everything worked perfectly. We will come back :-)

Super great holiday home with super location
We have already rented this vacation apartment for two years, 2024 and 2025, simply great, everything super, great location.
Unfortunately, we cannot go this year due to family reasons and have to travel to Italy; otherwise, we would have booked again.

Perfect accommodation in Denia
We were allowed to spend three wonderful weeks in this fantastic house in Dénia, and it was simply beautiful!
The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and furnished with great attention to detail. You could immediately tell that there was a lot of heart and thought put into it.
The hosts and everyone involved were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to the beach, city, and everything you need for a vacation.
For us, it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy, and recharge.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and are already looking forward to the next time!

Perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday!
We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this house. The amenities of the house leave nothing to be desired. We missed nothing! The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished, it is quietly located and very clean! The garden is nicely designed and everything is super well maintained. Another highlight is the large illuminated pool, which was always in top condition! The sea view from the terraces (there are several) is absolutely stunning; even from the sofa, you can look through a large panoramic window at the sea! The beach and the center of Denia can be reached by car in about 10 minutes! The landlords and the local support are very nice and take care of everything! We felt very comfortable in this house and will come back!

Very beautiful house with a lot of comfort
We stayed with our dog in Villa Esplendido and had a wonderful time.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms have good beds, the bathroom is nice and big, and there is a guest toilet. The living/dining area is inviting for cozy evenings, and an absolute highlight is the large panoramic window with a view of the sea! On cooler days, we always had it warm thanks to the good heating and the fireplace. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.
The porch offers a great sea view, and we had enough space for two workstations. You can also just sit in one of the comfortable chairs here and read a book.
The entire house is tastefully furnished and has enough space for four people.
The outdoor area with the pool is very well maintained and spacious. You can always find a sunny spot, and the many outdoor furniture allows you to relax here. The large terrace offers an priceless sea view or a view of Denia.
Not to be forgotten is the lower garden with lemon tree, grapefruit tree, and orange tree.
We found the location to be very good because we could reach the city, the sea in Les Rotes, or the supermarket within 10 minutes by car. Excursions to the mountains or to other places (e.g. Javea or Moraira) are very easy to reach. A walk to the sea in Les Rotes takes about half an hour. There are plenty of restaurants in Denia, and our dog was allowed to accompany us in some of them. All in all, Villa Esplendido is an absolute recommendation for a great time in beautiful Denia!
