Very nice detached "Villetta", which is located on a well-kept, fenced-in garden property on the offshore peninsula of "Sant Antioco" in the small fishing village of CALASETTA (approx. 3,000 Ew.). This very tastefully furnished house offers the guest homely comfort and is only approx. 600 m away from the crystal clear sea and white sandy beach of "Sotto Torre", which can be easily reached on foot.

The premises (approx. 100 square meters of living space) - which are on one level - offer an occupancy for max. 6 people + 1 small child and are divided as follows: living room with separate kitchen and dining area and exit to the covered and furnished terrace - 3 bedrooms with double beds - 2 elegant bathrooms with shower/toilet/bidet.

Additional equipment: TV-SAT flat screen - washing machine - fridge / freezer - dishwasher - gas stove with oven - microwave - toaster - kettle - mosquito screens on the windows - barbecue in the garden - outdoor shower - parking spaces directly on the property. The holiday home does not require air conditioning, as the rooms are sufficiently cooled by the masonry. However, fans are available.

Other very beautiful sandy beaches such as "Le Saline" and "Spiaggia grande" are nearby. The rocky cliffs of "Nido dei passeri" or "Mangia barche" are also worth seeing. Excursions by boat to the nearby island of SAN PIETRO "Carlo Forte" from the port of CALASETTA (journey time approx. 30 minutes) are offered every hour.

Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are available in the town of CALASETTA - or in SANT'ANTIOCO, 10 km away. The capital CAGLIARI with the airport is about 1 hour drive away. Arrival from OLBIA approx. 3.5 hours and from ALGHERO approx. 2 hours.
