Description
De Keizerskroon 35 is a spacious, bright house for 6 people. The house has a spacious living room with a view of the spacious, green garden. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a nice armchair. In the living room you will also find the dining table with sofa. The corner kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Through the living room you enter the conservatory and this leads onto the south facing terrace.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed with single mattresses and the second bedroom has four single beds. The bathroom is also on this floor. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and bathroom furniture.
The house has a separate toilet on the ground floor and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The green, south-facing garden is fully fenced. There is a garden shed in the garden where you can park your bicycle.

The house is located in a quiet holiday park, about 1 km from the beach. The sunny garden offers a lot of privacy and is a great place to play and relax
There is a small, cosy restaurant with a sunny terrace in the park.
At 500 m there are modern bowling alleys and at 400 m a swimming pool and a 9-hole golf course with "driving range on water". There is also a MiniFunGolf course where everyone can play. In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school. The cosy beach pavilion is open all year round.
In Den Helder, about 6 km away, there are many attractions: among others, the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, the Children's Play Paradise, a cinema, a Japanese Garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium
In the summer there are various markets and events.

Location okay, house expandable.
The first impression from the outside was not very inviting. Weeds grew up to the entrance of the house. In the meadow next to the house, the former tenant's wading pool still lay. Upon entering the house, a subtle musty smell greets you. Wherever that comes from... The living area and the kitchen are well-equipped and very cozy. The small bathroom still has a flat-flush toilet, which can cause inconveniences in the small space... Furthermore, it always smelled of an open drain in this room. In the kitchen and the upper bathroom as well. The drain always gurgles while showering. Due to negative pressure, the trap is siphoned empty, which causes the odor. It should be repaired. The upper floor is very sparsely furnished. In the bedrooms, there are beds and closets. Cozy is different. Since one sleeps directly under the roof and insulation seems to be nonexistent, every noise can be heard. When it's windy, the roof beams creak and the interior paneling bulges, making disturbing noises. The flooring and the underlying ground are broken in some places and need to be repaired. The PVC flooring in the bathroom, bedrooms, hallway, and kitchen is not glued, so when vacuuming, the flooring lifts up. A railing for the stairs would have been nice too. For small children, stairs are not entirely safe.
