Description
De Keizerskroon 35 is a spacious, bright house for 6 people. The house has a spacious living room with a view of the spacious, green garden. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a nice armchair. In the living room you will also find the dining table with sofa. The corner kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Through the living room you enter the conservatory and this leads onto the south facing terrace.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed with single mattresses and the second bedroom has four single beds. The bathroom is also on this floor. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and bathroom furniture.
The house has a separate toilet on the ground floor and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The green, south-facing garden is fully fenced. There is a garden shed in the garden where you can park your bicycle.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet holiday park, about 1 km from the beach. The sunny garden offers a lot of privacy and is a great place to play and relax
There is a small, cosy restaurant with a sunny terrace in the park.
At 500 m there are modern bowling alleys and at 400 m a swimming pool and a 9-hole golf course with "driving range on water". There is also a MiniFunGolf course where everyone can play. In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school. The cosy beach pavilion is open all year round.
In Den Helder, about 6 km away, there are many attractions: among others, the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, the Children's Play Paradise, a cinema, a Japanese Garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium
In the summer there are various markets and events.

Lage ok, Haus ausbaufähig
Der erste Eindruck von außen war nicht sehr einladend. Am Haus wuchs das Unkraut bis in den Eingang hinein. Auf der Wiese, neben dem Haus, lag noch das Planschbecken vom Vormieter. Beim Betreten des Hauses empfängt einen ein dezenter modriger Geruch. Woher auch immer dieser stammt… Der Wohnraum und die Küche sind Top ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Das kleine WC hat noch ein Flachspüler WC, was in dem kleinen Raum für Unannehmlichkeiten sorgen kann… Des Weiteren roch es immer nach offenem Abfluss in diesem Raum. In der Küche und im oberen Bad ebenso. Beim Duschen gluckert immer der Abfluss. Durch Unterdruck wird der Geruchsverschluss leer gesaugt, was für den Geruch sorgt. Sollte mal repariert werden. Das Obergeschoß ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. In den Schlafzimmern stehen Betten und Schränke. Gemütlich geht anders. Da man direkt unter dem Dach schläft und eine Isolation scheinbar nicht vorhanden ist, ist jedes Geräusch zu hören. Wenn es windig ist, knacken die Dachbalken und die Innenverkleidung wölbt sich und macht dabei störende Geräusche. Der Bodenbelag und der darunter befindliche Boden, sind an einigen Stellen gebrochen und müssten ausgebessert werden. Der PVC Belag im Bad, in den Schlafzimmern, im Flur und in der Küche sind nicht verklebt, so dass beim Absaugen mit dem Staubsauger der Belag hochkommt. Ein Geländer für die Treppe wäre auch schön gewesen. Für kleine Kinder ist Treppe nicht ganz ungefährlich.
