An older but well-maintained row house. Everything works perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped. All important kitchen appliances are available. There are dishes and glasses in every conceivable variation. We just wished for a few more large mugs. The cart in the garden shed was great! You can also easily pull the luggage from the parking lot to the house with it.

The location of the apartment is very good, close to the beach and shopping facilities. The furnishings of the apartment are quite good; only a hairdryer was missing, which will be provided by the rental office. It would make sense for an apartment with a washing machine and ironing board to also have an iron. The garden invites cozy hours. The only downside of the apartment is the skylights in the bedrooms; to open the window in the parents' bedroom, one has to climb onto the double bed. There are shutters, but they have to be operated with a crank that looks prehistoric, and this in the age of solar technology! Furthermore, the shower tray is extremely high, making it very difficult for older people to get in. Communication with the rental office went optimally.
