Waren zum wiederholten mal in der Wohnung 4 im "Haus Hagelstein Staben"und das .........nicht ohne Grund. Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach nur "genial". Allerdings müssten in der Whg. unbedingt die beiden Sitze im Wohnzimmer erneuert werden. Man"n" sitzt dort mittlerweile fast auf den Federn. Trotz allem fühlen wir uns sehr sehr wohl und freuen uns schon total auf dieses Jahr September und haben schon eine weitere Buchung und Anzahlung für den Juni 2026 geleistet. The location is great, I don't think you can live any closer to the beach. The price-performance ratio is right. A washing machine would be desirable. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is very unstable. There is still potential for improvement in the extension or side room outside where the bikes are parked. Especially when there are many bikes or other things inside, it is quite cumbersome to move everything aside, as the entrance is also very narrow. All in all, however, a very nice vacation.

We were once again in apartment 4 in the "Haus Hagelstein Staben" and that . . . . . . . . . not without reason. The location of the property is simply "genius." However, the two seats in the living room definitely need to be replaced. One is now almost sitting on the springs. Despite everything, we feel very, very comfortable and are already looking forward to this September and have already made another booking and deposit for June 2026. A very nice apartment, just through the garden and you're at the beach. You can't get any closer to the beach. The promenade is also very nice, and bakeries and other grocery shopping are within walking distance. We would love to come back. Our son didn't want to leave.
