Description
The accessible holiday home offers comfortable space for up to 5 people on 116 m² of living area.
The spacious layout includes three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, as well as a bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen – ideal for families, friends, or business travelers.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows (see photos): Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 with single bed. During your stay, free Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included in the arrangement.
For your sporting activities, the surrounding area offers numerous possibilities: A tennis hall and a fitness center are located in the immediate vicinity. Joggers can start right outside the front door on a circular route of about 5 km through the adjacent nature reserve. Cyclists also get their money’s worth – take your sports bike with you and explore the charming route along the Ruhr to Lake Baldeney.
Numerous restaurants with national and international cuisine in the area ensure your physical well-being. Italian restaurants with pizza and pasta service, which can be conveniently ordered by phone and delivered directly to your doorstep, are especially popular. Shopping facilities are also nearby: A supermarket with a wide range of products is open from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is centrally located between Düsseldorf, Essen, and Mülheim an der Ruhr, right in the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. From here, within a radius of about 50 kilometers, you can reach all major cities: Cologne in the south, Duisburg, Oberhausen, and Essen in the north, Krefeld and Mönchengladbach in the west, and Bochum, Gelsenkirchen, Recklinghausen, and Dortmund in the east are also reachable by car within 30 minutes. It is 20 minutes by car to Messe Essen, and likewise to Messe Düsseldorf.
The bungalow is located in the Ratingen district of Breitscheid, a quiet residential area from the 1970s characterized by single-family homes, row houses, and bungalows. The house is situated on a traffic-calmed residential street where you can find parking spaces directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. Children's playgrounds are also within walking distance nearby. Meadows, fields, and forests begin right next to the residential area, inviting you to take walks, bike rides, or jogging rounds. Here you can enjoy the peace of a green environment without having to give up proximity to the cities of the Ruhr area.

Perfect vacation destination
We rented this great house for a week with our 6-year-old son and our dog. We immediately felt comfortable, there is absolutely nothing negative to say about this house. It is top equipped and clean, the location is perfect in a quiet residential street. The landlord was always friendly and helpful. We extended our stay for an extra night at short notice, and that was no problem. We definitely want to come back - 100% recommendation.

Fantastic house!
We stayed here with 3 adults and 1 dog.
This house has absolutely everything, we didn't miss anything in this very centrally located home in a beautiful and tidy residential area.
Quiet environment, we had a perfect view of the planes from the very well enclosed garden for the dog.
(Tip: bring earplugs for the planes that fly over at night)
We really enjoyed it!
The house is worth a 10 out of 10!

Christmas holiday
Since the bungalow was actually rented for 4 people and 2 dogs, and unfortunately 2 people could not arrive due to corona, we were initially concerned about the size of the property. But this has been solved very well. The rooms are arranged in such a way that both 4 people and 2 people feel comfortable there. A door in the hallway separates the kitchen-living room, the modern bathroom and a bedroom very well and if you had closed it, it was like a small living unit sufficient for two people. We had a peaceful and relaxed Christmas and our dog settled right in.
We will definitely book it again as it is really well equipped and has a good location.

Great recreational value and plenty of space
Very nice holiday home, pleasant amount of space, nicely and modernly furnished, a very modern And a nostalgic bathroom, modern kitchen in a large living room with door to the terrace, very clean and quite important - extremely nice landlords with a big heart for dogs

Short vacation
As repeat vacationers, we can highly recommend this vacation home for 2 adults with Labrador Bruno. Everything is perfect - nice contact with the landlords - we will definitely come back.
