Description

Fabulous view of the sea and the mountains from its 44 sqm terrace ( mostly not visible ) .
A beautifully designed and spacious pool area with sea view is also available only 190 m from the house.
The beach is only about 2 km away (a city bus runs at regular intervals / bus stop 190 m from your holiday home).

The original small fishing village NERJA with only 22,000 inhabitants today attracts with the best climate in Europe (based on meteorological reports) accompanied by 320 sunny days a year.

400 bars, cafés and restaurants offer seafood and numerous other Mediterranean delicacies.
Mostly homemade at prices that make you smile 2 times over ( taste / price )
( taste / price ) put a smile on your face ( Menu del dia 3 courses incl. drink at 11.00 € for example.
A coffee starts at about 1.30 €.

We have focussed on not interfering with the building physics, which has been tried and tested over several decades, and on preserving the classic Andalusian architectural style.

Sports activities are available in numerous facets in the immediate vicinity.
Hiking / golf / water sports Skiing and snowboarding in the southernmost skiing area in Europe .

Your holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end street that ends with a car park.
There are about 60 steps to the front door.
The terrace is mostly hidden from view and borders an avocado plantation to the west.
There is an outdoor shower on the terrace.

On google, for example, it is easy to get the impression that your domicile is close to the motorway
However, this runs deep in the mountain in a tunnel

Upon cancellation of the booking/rental agreement, the claim to the agreed remuneration remains in effect. The reasons for not beginning the rental are irrelevant. The drinking water treatment is regulated by a special system with 5 filters, although the water is of such good quality that it can be consumed without hesitation.
However, it is further optimised by lime - chlorine filters and fine filters.

Apartment with a beautiful terrace.

We spent our vacation in this apartment with a beautiful terrace. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Can only recommend the apartment. The place is also very nice. We would love to come back.
