Description
This detached holiday home is located on a quiet side street within walking distance of the small seaside resort Barneville-plage and accommodates 4 people. It has been completely renovated and newly furnished (good mattresses). On the ground floor, it features a wonderful, cozy, heated conservatory, which can also serve as a separate TV room (flat-screen TV, satellite TV with various German channels). From there, you can also simply look into the pretty 400m2 garden, which is completely fenced in.
Furthermore, on the GROUND FLOOR there is a separate dining room, a BEDROOM and a BATHROOM (with walk-in shower and toilet) as well as a separate, very well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the nice wooden terrace and the adjoining garden with a brick barbecue. Directly next to the kitchen is a utility room, which houses a dishwasher, washing machine, and a second shower.
An open, fairly steep wooden staircase leads to the UPPER FLOOR, where there is another bedroom. In the small room in front of the bedroom there is a single bed. Up here there is also a small bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. The beds are 2x 140cm, 1x 90cm in size and there is a baby bed. Bringing a (up to medium-sized) dog is welcome.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in a very quiet side street of the village of Barneville-plage between center, marshland and beach.
Beach 400m, 2km harbor, sailing 2km, 1km tennis, golf 1km, supermarket 1km, Food 400m, restaurant 400m
The small cozy seaside resort of Barneville-plage is one half of the assembled map Barneville-Carteret, attracts already since 1830 to relax.
Near the house, at the end of the "main street", which feeds on the beach, there are a number of small shops for daily needs, which are within walking distance (bakers, butchers, food).
The actual center of Barneville located with its shops and the weekly market in about 1km away. There is also a tourist information center.
The charmingly picturesque center of Carteret houses not only diverse cute little shops, but also a 3-star restaurant and a cinema. In summer there is a splendid Saturday farmer's market.
On the way to the lighthouse "Le Phare" you will pass beautiful Belle Epoque villas. From the lighthouse can be reached by a footpath to the kilometer long beach of Cap de Carteret - one of the most beautiful in the whole peninsula. By adjoining mighty dunes of Hatainville there are wonderful trails. Hikers will find even in high season still calm and relaxation.

Great house with a large garden in Barneville Plage.
The Celine house is perfectly equipped, very clean, everything works perfectly. The landlady Celine Launey is very friendly and conscientious. A positive surprise was the welcome gift. The slight limitation regarding the location only refers to our walks with the dog. To get to the suitable beach access (in June you can still take the dog to the beach), we sometimes took the car. Other guests would certainly give five points for the location. Due to the complete and well-kept equipment of the house, the very friendly reception, and the good value for money, we would like to come back.

Two very relaxing weeks in Normandy
The holiday home is very well equipped, has a beautiful garden and is very quiet - perfect conditions for a relaxing family vacation. The pre-contact with the landlady was very good, she sent us many useful information about the place and the surroundings in advance. The contact person on site was also very nice.

Super holiday
We really enjoyed our holiday at Haus Celine and had a great, relaxing holiday. Our Labrador Toni enjoyed running around on the beaches

Beautiful house in a good location
We enjoyed our stay very much. There were two of us with a dog, so we only used the ground floor. The house is spacious and offers enough storage space for clothes, suitcases and whatever you bring with you. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need (and more! Blender, raclette, etc.) In addition to TV with all German channels, there was also a DVD player, so we could distract ourselves on the days with continuous rain. The garden is fully fenced. The house is within walking distance of the beach. Dog owners should note that dogs are not allowed on this beach (and at least on many other beaches nearby) in July and August. But since we were there in September, it was no problem
It's a wonderful place to go for a walk. The centre of the village is only 5 minutes away by car. The area is very quiet. You can relax completely.
The landlady is very friendly.
Despite the mixed weather, we had a very nice holiday, which is also due to the beautiful house!
